We met Laren Agius, a Director of Product at Beatport. Laren develops products for DJs and the Electronic Dance Music Community.  He is also a DJ himself with over 15 years of experience and a sound designer when not behind the decks.  During the live show Laren presented the case study of how Beatport implemented a consistent approach to product discovery (analysis of customer needs).
