Creating a healthy bedtime environment for your children, both during the day and at night, is crucial. It significantly affects their sleeping routine, and the surrounding noise plays a substantial role in their ability to nap. Having a sound machine really helps the toddler, and making your room's lights calming and relaxing is necessary for the baby to sleep well and maintain a healthy lifestyle, which is essential for their growth and the well-being of their parents.

✨ Ever wondered why some kids repeat words or phrases (echolalia)? It’s not just “copying”—it’s part of gestalt language learning! 🧩 Children often learn language in big chunks first (like song lyrics or whole sentences) before breaking them down into smaller parts. This is a natural and important way many kids develop communication skills. 💬👶
