التغيير يبدأ من الفرد، والفرد هو الخلية الأولى ومن ثم العائلة ومن ثم المجتمع، لا يحدث التغيير مرة واحدة ولا يحدث بخطوات كبيرة في الغالب، أتطرق في بودكاست "خطوة" إلى بعض النقاط التي اعتبرها مهمة في التغيير الكامل والعلاقات في العائلة أو أهمية بناء الذات واستغلال وقت الفراغ وغيرها… ولان قول الله في الناس: "إن الله لا يغير ما بقوم حتى يغيروا ما في أنفسهم" ولأن هذه قاعدة الحياة... فمن الغباء والسذج توقع أن العالم سيتغير من حولك فجأة أو سيتغير حالك وأنت تسرف وقتك على نفس التجارب ونفس الاهتمامات ونفس التصرفات فقط وتتوقع نتائج مختلفة… لذا ابدأ بنفسك وامشِ الخطوة… email: ilaiwi.sondos@gmail.com
