Fordi iværksætteri er langt fra stereotypen der arbejder i døgndrift og hvor vækst er det eneste succeskriterie. I podcasten går vi med bag om iværksætteriet, og udfordrer glansbilledet af den klassiske iværksætter. Vi fortæller ægte, og ikke mindst ærlig, iværksætter inspiration, hvor der er plads til meget andet end “alt eller intet” & "kick-ass" mentalitet.
Vi har lige fra starten besluttet, at tingene ikke skal pakkes ind.
Derfor fortæller vi ikke den ene succeshistorie efter den anden - vi fortæller iværksætter historierne som de er, fortalt af iværksættere til iværksættere. Om iværksættere som er gået efter deres drømme. Drømme om at skabe en hverdag med frihed og fleksibilitet. Drømme om at lykkes. Drømme om at få succes. Og succes, ja det kan måles på mange måder. Fordi en ting er sikkert, du er ikke uambitiøs med din business, bare fordi du ikke nødvendigvis jagter den store exit til XX millioner.
Podcasten er bl.a. for dig som selv er iværksætter / selvstændig, dig som overvejer at starte virksomhed og dig som elsker en god og ærlig fortælling om hvordan det egentlig er at starte egen business - inkl. de store udfordringer, presset man er under og tvivlen på sig selv og sin forretning - men naturligvis også alt det sjove samt "how to" værktøjer til at lykkes som iværksætter. Alt sammen noget som mine dygtige gæster og jeg selv deler ud af.
Og så har Iværksætterdrømme mange gange ligget som nr. 1 over bedste / mest populære iværksætter podcasts.
