Get an inside look of my heartfelt discussions with one of my closest friends, Trisha, as we discuss the learnings and realizations from our previous relationships. We discussed the mistakes we made when we were inexperienced and young. These are things we wished we knew when we were younger - I dedicate this to our younger self.

Thanks for all the love and messages for the first part. This second part is more profound, deeper into my heart, and something straight from my journals. In this episode, I discuss my fears, how I once didn't know who I was, and why I sleep well at night.

I'm back and I turned 30 this year! :) It would be fitting to talk about the 30 things I learned in 30 years. More than feeling the pressure of joining the 30s club, it's more of making sure that I'm happy with what I do and if I’m living it up to my principles. In this episode, I'm also sharing a bit of my heart. I'm hoping you learn a little something from this episode.

One of my favorite book cliches is best friends becoming lovers, but can best friends truly be lovers irl? I haven't had the opportunity to do so yet (and probably won't in this lifetime huhu), but I have two friends that have! Trixie and Rob shared their experience, their struggles, and offered wise advice on making such a crucial decision. In this episode, we learned whether or not being a lover is worthwhile, as well as what we should expect.

The 2nd gen era in K-pop (2005-2011) was said to have the biggest influence in today's k-pop industry. This was a period of rapid growth in K-pop, both domestically and internationally. This marked the beginning of the “Hallyu Wave” in Asia and eventually extending to other parts of the world. What was it like to be a fan during those times? What challenges did we face, and what do we miss the most? Most importantly, how has the k-pop scene evolved since then? This episode is both a time machine for 2nd gen k-pop fans and probably an awakening for new k-pop fans.

Due to the pandemic our world became smaller - from having the freedom to explore outside to having no choice but to stay in our own homes, this situation affected our creativity. With me in this episode is Leanne, one of the most creative people I know. Together, we talked about having our own creative outlet, what to do when we feel like we are running out of creative juices and how to stay creative while we're in this pandemic. (ps. This is actually the first episode I recorded in my show ☺️)
