As Christian women, there can often be an expectation that we have to be involved in everything and always say yes. It's like it comes as part of what we would call as serving or being obedient even.
But, are there times when it is actually more beneficial to say no, sometimes? Do we even feel like we can say no, even if it means coming across in a manner that people do not expect?

We have been blessed with a wonderful gift to choose, but often times we can underestimate the implications and the responsibility that comes with it.
In this podcast episode, I hope to encourage us to take better care of our choices, and to start a journey where we begin to understand more about what may be motivating us in our decisions.
