Wombly Being
It's your story to retell

In Episode 4, our final one for the first series of Wombly Being, we ask: What if the stories we’ve been told about our cycles aren’t the truth?

Join us and explore the deep cultural roots of menstrual shame—from myths of “hysteria” to modern workplace taboos—and the ways these stories still shape how we experience our bodies today.

We discuss what happens when we stop perceiving our cycles as problems to fix and start seeing them as wisdom to listen to.

You’ll learn how to shift from feeling powerless to becoming a steward of your body through gentle language reframes, mindset shifts, and practical tools.

We also invite you to join our 30-day story retelling challenge, whenever you’re ready.

If you’re curious about the cultural context behind our collective disconnection from our bodies and you’re craving more autonomy, compassion, and trust in your cyclical nature, this episode is for you.

Wombly Being
Building a business that flows with you

In Episode 3, we explore how to build a business that flows with you based on your menstrual cycle and discuss the power of cyclical entrepreneurship.

Morín shares her story of how working against her body almost broke her, and how aligning her business with her natural rhythm helped her reclaim her health, increase her confidence and sharpen her mission.

You'll hear about how syncing your work with your inner seasons can help you create momentum without burnout, and learn about the type of work that leans into the strengths that each phase of the cycle brings you.

If you’re a solopreneur, a founder, or a small business owner who feels inconsistent, overextended, or frustrated by how your energy fluctuates — this episode is for you.

Wombly Being
What your body’s been trying to tell you

In Episode 2, we dive into the foundations of menstrual cycle awareness.

Rosannah shares her personal story of how years of painful periods and health challenges forced her to finally listen to her body - and what changed when she did.

We explore what menstrual cycle awareness really means, how to start tracking your cycle in a way that feels intuitive and why every symptom is part of your body’s unique language.

You’ll also get a first look at the “inner seasons” of the cycle, and how making space around your bleed can transform how you feel.

This episode is your invitation to start noticing, listening, and building trust with your body again.

    You’re not crazy

In our first episode, we introduce ourselves and share how this podcast came to be - but more importantly, we open up a conversation about periods that too often stays hidden.

You’ll hear powerful, real-life stories from our audience survey about the struggles many women and people who menstruate face, and together we’ll name those challenges out loud.

We’ll also bust some of the biggest myths and taboos about menstrual cycles, uncovering the truth behind the shame, stigma and silence.

If you’ve ever felt confused, burdened, or alone in your experience, this episode is here to remind you: you’re not the only one...and it’s time to rethink everything you’ve ever been told about your period.

    Wombly Being
    Welcome

Welcome to Wombly Being, where we flip the script on everything you think you know about periods, productivity, and power.

I’m Morín Glimmer, founder of Rosy Futures, a brand consultancy for feminist founders and small businesses.

And I’m Rosannah Jones, menstrual cycle educator and coach.

We’re two changemakers here to explore what it means to build a life and business that honours your rhythm, your truth, and your power.

It’s an antidote to the systems that make us feel broken, burnt out, or at fault for not producing, surviving, or thriving the way we’re told we should—especially women and people who menstruate.

We’re here to tell you: You’re not crazy, and you don’t need fixing.

Each episode, we unpack the myths we’ve inherited, the wisdom we’ve forgotten, and the practices that help us return to ourselves.

These are the conversations we wish we’d had sooner. They’re grounded in lived experience, rooted in biology, sovereignty, and deep self-trust.

Whether you’re navigating painful or difficult periods, PMDD, ADHD, or burnout, or just feeling like you’ve outgrown the way you’ve been living and working… this space is for you.

We’re here to pass the baton—to share what we’ve learned, and invite you to remember what your body already knows.

Tune in, and let’s reclaim your power.
