Ali Hall is a contemporary artist and wellness advocate whose work is rooted in emotional connection, intuition, and a deep reverence for nature. She blends abstract realism with coastal landscapes to explore themes of transformation, reflection, and joy. Inspired by the ever-changing beauty of the California coastline, her paintings create a visual dialogue between the external world and internal experience.
Ali approaches her creative process as a form of grounding and play, a way to stay present, access stillness, and express what words often cannot. Through her art and her presence, she invites others to connect more deeply with themselves and the world around them.

Perfectly Queer author Jillian Abby on Facing Big Fears, Living Hard Truths, & Loving Herself Fully Out Of The Closet.
I'm Jillian Abby, and my life has been a journey of constant reinvention, weaving together a tapestry of diverse experiences. Originally from Buffalo, NY, I dared to step out of my comfort zone at the age of 15, venturing to study abroad in Cochabamba, Bolivia. Since then, my path has been anything but conventional, reflecting a series of roles that include Certified Public Accountant, Licensed Massage Therapist, craft beer bar owner, creative copywriter, homeschooling parent, and black belt martial artist.
Embracing my most recent transformation as a newly-out lesbian and advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community has been both the riskiest and most rewarding change of my life. As one of Hay House Publishing's newest authors, I'm thrilled to share my teaching memoir, "Perfectly Queer," set to be released in April 2023. Beyond writing, I extend support to others navigating major life shifts through my blog, QueerAbby.com, my podcast "Life and Love in the Q," and engaging content on TikTok @AskQueerAbby. I also serve as a board member for the 501(c)3 Tampa Homeschool Inclusive Events and proudly contribute to the Tampa Bay LGBT Chamber of Commerce and Babe Crafted.
I call Tampa Bay home, where I reside with my partner, Jen, our two wonderfully wacky children, and a rescue cat named Poe. I'm an open book, always eager to answer the most intriguing and intimate questions to foster understanding—just don't inquire about my favorite movie; I have a tendency to doze off during films.
Feel free to connect with me through my various platforms, and let's continue this journey of understanding, growth, and shared experiences.

Dr. Jacob Kendall advocates like hell for folks with chronic illness, chronic pain, and disability.
Our health is 4-dimensional (or more), and so should be our healthcare.
He has had 2 open-heart surgeries and has been a full-time caregiver for multiple members with heart disease.
Jacob also is a candid metagerontologist with a broadly interdisciplinary background in biology, social work, public health, and theology.
For fun (and also personal growth) he reads a wide range of literature, his favorites being quantum mechanics, animal behavior, early American history, religion, and Edith Wharton.
Indeed, his lifelong goal since childhood has been to become a true Renaissance person, which also – in addition to the above – has included accumulating 25 passport stamps so far and learning and enjoying multiple musical instruments.
He currently lives with his wife, son, and daughter on Mobile Bay in Alabama.

As an active parent and community member, she enjoys volunteering her time with local initiatives that help make her hometown stronger and connecting people.

Content Warning: This episode, while incredibly informative, contains mentions of child sexual abuse as well as rape. Please protect yourself if needed; know that in listening, you may find ways to release your own trauma, just as today's guest has.
Bio:
Hi, I’m Sandra. Loving wife and mother, intuitive mentor & coach, certified trauma healer, and author of ‘Journey to Your Self – How to Heal from Trauma‘.
My passion for trauma healing emerged from my own traumatic past. A harrowing story of child molestation, sexual assault, bullying and rape. Rejected by my therapist, deserted by friends and family when I needed them most, I eventually hit rock bottom. That’s when I realized that my only option was to find my own way of healing.
On my healing journey I began to understand that there is more to healing than just releasing the past. I discovered limiting beliefs, unhealthy behavior, as well as ancestral, generational and societal conditioning which kept me stuck in a constant loop of negative thoughts, and self-punishing behavior. However, the more I unraveled and released those beliefs and behaviors, the lighter, freer, happier, and more confident I became.
As I began to explore my newfound understanding of the concept of trauma and what would be required to truly heal, I became aware of the immense lack of support and wisdom available to trauma survivors like you and me. By then I knew that fully healing and releasing the past was possible, because I had done just that. But that made seeing so many people feeling hopeless, helpless, and haunted by the horrors of their life stories even harder.
My heart became so heavy thinking about all those tortured souls who believed that trauma was something they would have to live with for the rest of their lives. And before I knew it, I found myself on a mission to revolutionize trauma healing.

We're talking about attracting what you are, not what you want, healing from what you don't want, and befriending the triggers that limit your potential in life.
Tina Djuretic is a Canadian author living in Vancouver. She was raised by strict, religious parents who isolated her from the rest of the world. What followed were three toxic relationships that almost killed her.
After her last breakup she sought help in the form of a channeller named Luna Rain, who sent her on a path of healing. While writing her memoir she was able to find forgiveness; both for herself and her abusers. This process taught her a lot about generational trauma, gaslighting, narcissists, and putting up healthy boundaries.
It's Tina's goal to share her story with women (and men) who find themselves in similar situations, and to educate people on the subject of toxic relationships, healing, spirituality, and not just surviving...but THRIVING.

Tori Whitaker is the founder of Better After Baby, a movement dedicated to empowering moms to rediscover themselves and reclaim their lives after motherhood.
As a single mom who had to leave her marriage with a six-month-old baby, Tori knows firsthand the challenges of rebuilding a life from scratch. Through her journey, she discovered how easy it is to fall into the "martyr mom" mindset, sacrificing her identity and happiness for others.
Today, she helps moms overcome these tendencies by showing them how to set boundaries, prioritize their well-being, and embrace their true, powerful selves beyond motherhood.
Her work is a rallying call to moms everywhere: it’s possible to be both an incredible parent and an empowered individual.
