Niamh Lee is a personal development & performance coach who utilises her knowledge of cognitive behavioural therapy both personally & professionally on a daily basis.
She has 15 + years experience dealing with people on a one to one basis through her time as a beauty therapist & pharmacy technician which eventually lead her to where she is today dealing only with the person, their thoughts, actions & outcomes.
Her approach to change is practical & sustainable where she encourages nailing the basics of good quality sleep, correct nutrition, hydration, movement, morning routine & environment.
Then building on those foundations going forward. Her main focus is to Educate the person, help them embrace who they are & empower them to move towards their full potential.
James Hyland began his career at the tender age of 12. While most were still playing with Lego, he had successfully launched a pirate radio station in his hometown of Mitchelstown, Co Cork. Ireland.
By 17, he had taken the huge leap into concert promotion and staged his first major arena show Atomic Kitten in Green Glens Cork. Unfortunately for him, he was to lose a substantial amount of money. His pride a little dented, he continued headstrong and vowed to get back on track.

Undeterred, he worked for the broadcasters, Tipp FM, Limerick Live 95FM, Cork 96FM & 103FM, culminating in Newstalk 106FM. In 2001, he left the security of Newstalk 106FM behind him and began his own production company in Dublin. From the onset, Hyland and his new business partner Lee Walsh secured high profile clients, most notably, Amazon, Google, Aiken Promotions, MCD Productions, Yahoo, Jamster and the famous Crazy Frog ringtone!
Such was the success, that the company launched Ireland's first ever music TV station, Bubble Hits. It was broadcasted throughout Ireland, The UK, Germany, Hungary and Poland.
During this time, Hyland continued promoting concerts/events including; OneRepublic, Calvin Harris, Train, Barney & Friends, The Wiggles, Mary Black, The Coronas, Cascada and many more.
In July 2010, James Hyland and Lee Walsh joined forces with Russell Treacy to create Global Tour Creatives, which is now the world's leading entertainment creative agency with clients including; Michelle Obama, Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, Harry Styles, Bon Jovi, Eagles, President Joe Biden, Ozzy Osbourne and many more.
Louise is a Yoga & Mobility Teacher and she owns her own studio in Douglas Village in Cork @douglasyogacentre. She is also the Founder of YogaConnected, a new online library she just launched.

Hi, I'm Kim. I'm a Marketing Executive, and currently the maternity cover for our Marketing Manager until September this year. So my responsibilities have increased by quite a bit in the last few months!
I have six years of experience marketing in different industries including hospitality, education and I'm currently working in the automotive industry. I'm also working towards becoming a Chartered Marketer, with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), which I hope to achieve within the next couple of years.

Jennifer Barry is an Irish actor and mental health advocate, known for her role as Siobhan Walsh in BBC/RTEs hit show "The Young Offenders". Since the show's release, Jennifer has opened up about her struggles with her mental health, and why taking a gap year after school was so vitally important for her wellbeing. She is now a Quercus Scholar at UCC and continues to pursue her dream of acting full time.
Jay has an extensive background in creative work such as film, TV and photography. He came to fame with instant success of his brand Huckleberry’s. His former marketing positions in Cork's 96fm and Republic Of Work and a passion for all things creative have led him to become a local authority on the matter. Jason has also rubbed shoulders and learned one to one with the likes of Gary Vaynerchuk, Casey Nesitat and Steven Bartlett.
Sian has had a fantastic career and worked in many industries, that makes her the go to business figure in Cork. She is person of variety ( which we talk about in the podcast).

Over the last ten years he, and his team, have transformed the business from a traditional book publisher to a dynamic Software as a Service (SaaS) business – MediaHQ. MediaHQ is now the leading publisher of media intelligence in Ireland and the biggest organiser of media training events. Jack created All Good Tales, after realising that communications were entering a golden age of storytelling and that those with the best stories succeed. Judie Russell graduated from UCC in 2006 with a Masters in Economics. After graduating, Judie traveled around the world and ended up in Costa Rica. In Costa Rica, she got a role as a broadcasting journalist. She returned to Ireland in 2011 and trained in TV Production and worked on many exciting projects. . She spent the summer of 2015 working as part of the small team behind the Irish box office hit ‘The Young Offenders’. Judie launched a business in recent years called "The Vid Academy" where she helps people to produce professional videos using their phones. Judie is also Comms Project Manager at Cork Discovers & UCC Academy. It was such an insightful and honest conversation.

Zoe is a videographer in Cork but whose journey is fascinating in regards to finding education that best suits you as a person. Zoe dropped out of college in the first few months. However, from this experience, Zoe found out what she wanted from education and ended up going to Brighton to get a qualification for videography.
