Over the last ten years, I began to notice patterns in my life that left me feeling tired, disconnected, and out of balance. Many came from childhood — they helped me then, but as an adult they kept me stuck. I started searching, not for another way to think about my life, but for a way to live free from those old loops. Along the way, I discovered something important: those patterns weren’t who I was. I was the awareness behind them. This realisation opened space for new ways of relating to myself and others — with clearer boundaries, genuine connection, and a life that feels lighter and more free. We All Matter is where I share what I’ve learned, from simple presence invitations to deeper shifts, so you too can find more space, ease, and possibility in your own life.

🎧 Episode Description – Wherever You Are, Be There Totally
> In this episode of We All Matter, Lisa explores one of Eckhart Tolle’s most powerful teachings from The Power of Now:
“Wherever you are, be there totally.”
With warmth and presence, Lisa reflects on how to stay awake and grounded when those around us are caught in their own thoughts or reactions — and how awareness itself is what dissolves unconsciousness, both within and around us.
You’ll hear Lisa read directly from The Power of Now, page 68–70 (Mind Strategies for Avoiding the Now), followed by her reflections and a short guided meditation to help you return to stillness in everyday moments.
Thursday Thanks — A Quick Reset

🎧 Podbean Episode Description
> In this episode of We All Matter, Lisa explores what happens when we live in the stories of our minds — the ones that promise peace and joy somewhere in the future — and how that very search keeps us from life itself.
Building on last week’s Fisherman’s Story, this conversation looks at the layers we gather over time — thoughts, habits, and reactions — and how presence begins when we realize that we are not those stories.
Through three simple doorways — the body, the breath, and gratitude — Lisa shares ways to return to being here, now.
You’ll also hear a short guided meditation and five True Stones from Eckhart Tolle, Rumi, and Meister Eckhart to bring you home to the stillness beneath thought.
✨ Doorways to Presence — Living Beyond the Story is an invitation to remember: life isn’t waiting. It’s here, now.
Just a short check-in for this Friday.
The full episode, Doorways to Presence — Living Beyond the Story, will be out on Sunday.
In the meantime, I wanted to share a few True Stones — quotes and reflections that have supported me this week.
They’re simple reminders that every doorway to peace and joy is here, now.
In Sunday’s episode, we’ll explore how to step out of the mind’s stories and return to being — through three simple doorways: body, breath, and gratitude.
Until then, take a moment to pause, listen, and let these True Stones meet you where you are.
In this episode, Lisa shares a classic story ....
"And Then What?"
“You get there by realizing you are already there.” — Eckhart Tolle
“When you realize how perfect everything is, you will tilt your head back and laugh at the sky.” — Buddha
Menopausing — Awareness, Hormones, and the Power to Care for Ourselves
This episode shares about a book that absolutely changed my life when it comes to understanding perimenopause. There will be another episode coming soon where we’ll take a deeper dive into the book Menopausing by Davina McCall and Dr Naomi Potter.
🎨 Special Episode: Interview with Art by Goli
In this episode, I had the chance to sit down with Goli, the incredible artist behind Art by Goli. We talked about her story and how she shares her passion by giving people everything they need — the materials, the space, and the encouragement — to discover the artist that’s already within them, just as she did years ago when she first realised that she was an artist, one who needed to express herself and let that creativity have a voice.
I’m really excited to share that we’re combining our passions — I’ll be joining Goli in her painting sessions to help people step out of their busy minds and come fully into the present moment, where creativity can flow naturally.
Our first session together, happening this Saturday, is already sold out — but there are two more sessions coming in December, and many more planned for the new year. You can find more information at Art by Goli on Facebook and Instagram.
✨ Thursday’s episode will focus on supporting ourselves and those we love through peri-menopause and menopause.
Food Intolerance and the Magic of Gratitude
In this episode, I share a practice that changed the way I listen to my body — and my relationships.
I talk about how discovering The Virgin Diet helped me understand food intolerances in a clearer way, and A magic Morning practice.
Episode Title: No More Waiting: The Now Is Already Here
Description:
How many moments of life slip away while we’re waiting — waiting for the lift, waiting for the kettle, waiting for the stress to pass? In this episode of We All Matter, Lisa shares personal stories of overwhelm and anxious thoughts, and the surprising freedom she discovered in the simplest moments — even sweeping the floor or standing in a crowded hospital corridor.
Through story, reflection, and a guided meditation, she asks: are we missing life as it’s actually happening? And is it possible that peace is here, in the very moments we usually rush past?
The episode closes with timeless truths from Eckhart Tolle, Buddha, and Meister Eckhart — gentle reminders that life isn’t waiting for us somewhere else. It’s here. Now.
✨ Episode Description
Just a little check-in today — I’ll be back with a full episode on Tuesday and again next Friday. Until then, I hope you have a beautiful weekend.
“Realize deeply that the present moment is all you ever have. Make the Now the primary focus of your life.” – Eckhart Tolle 🌿
Description:
We live our lives by the clock — deadlines, schedules, the story of where we “should be by now.” But what if time, as we know it, is only a construct of the mind?
In this episode of We All Matter, Lisa explores the freedom that comes when we see through psychological time, drawing on teachings from Eckhart Tolle’s A New Earth. Through reflection, story, and a guided meditation, she invites you to step out of the grip of the past and future, and into the timeless Now.
The episode closes with TrueStones from Eckhart, Buddha, and Meister Eckhart — reminders that life doesn’t begin later. It’s happening now.
In this episode, I share a personal story about the butterfly — and the reminder that everything we need is already within us. Through reflection, a short guided pause, and a few “Truth Stones” to carry with you, we’ll explore how to move from chasing wholeness on the outside to resting in the presence that’s always here. A gentle episode about remembering who we already are.
Grief can feel like it swallows everything — and yet sometimes, the light finds its way in through the most unexpected cracks. For me, it was a toy goat that screams. In this episode, I share how silliness, laughter, and small sparks of joy can shift heavy feelings and even open the doorway into presence itself. You’ll also find a simple practice you can return to when life feels too much.
Are you feeding the restless mind, or are you nourishing your deeper being? In this episode, Lisa explores how easily we get caught in the endless loops of thought — worry, replaying, scrolling — and how to shift into presence instead.
Through simple reflections, practical steps, and calming affirmations, you’ll be guided to pause, breathe, and return to yourself. With inspiration from Eckhart Tolle and Mel Robbins, this practice reminds us that even the smallest choices can begin to feed stillness, awareness, and freedom.
Take a breath with me, and let’s return to being.
In this episode, we explore the “Magic Dust Everywhere” practice from Rhonda Byrne’s The Magic. It’s a simple way to carry gratitude into daily life—sprinkling thankfulness over the people, places, and moments we encounter. I’ll guide you through how to use it, along with a few affirmations to keep gratitude alive throughout your day.
In this episode of We All Matter, Lisa dives into the heart of momentum — how small steps build powerful change. She shares how Mel Robbins’ 5-4-3-2-1 breaks hesitation, an inspiring NFL quarterback story about sticking to the plan, and how we can free ourselves from old numbers, labels, and stories.
You’ll also be guided through a 10-minute meditation with affirmations to anchor presence, peace, and steady forward motion into your week.
✨ Key themes:
What momentum really is (and how to build it)
How the 5-4-3-2-1 interrupts old thought patterns
Sticking to the plan vs. staring at the scoreboard
Letting go of old labels and past stories
A guided meditation with affirmations for the week ahead
Host shares a brief update postponing the planned episode due to bronchitis and teases next week’s topic—momentum—which has been key to personal change.Listeners are invited to send feedback or questions to weallmatterwithlisa@gmail.com, and episodes are expected to resume Tuesday and Thursday next week if the host feels better.
