She's now a Marketing and Project Manager in one of the biggest Fortune 500 Consumer Package Goods business in the world, and also a life coach. Dayana shares the bold decisions she took to get there and how learning English didn't stop her from achieving her dreams.

The common mistake immigrants make even when you're highly-skilled is to immediately get another degree even they recently had one after moving.  There is nothing wrong with that! At the same time when you dig deeper, you are only dealing with the symptoms and not the root cause of your lack of opportunities.  If you are struggling to use your degree and skills to the fullest capacity as you envisioned, then maybe you need a different approach. Having moved from Mexico to California as a young girl, she experienced first-hand how her foreign experience as a Spanish speaking lady, gave an opportunity to work in product design in the fashion industry to travel around the world.
