SUZKA
Suzka is a live improv, electric and acoustic violinist. She has performed countless shows in Vancouver, Toronto, Los Angeles and worldwide. She has performed along side some of Canada and the USA's best hip-hop, R&B, world music and soul artists including RZA from Wu-Tang Clan (Bobby Digital), Maestro Fres Wes, Kos, Lights, The Trews, Chin Injeti and Stone Mecca to name a few.
Suzka got an early start, playing the violin at just five years old. She took a hiatus from music from the age of fourteen but returned later in her twenties after a chance meeting with virtuoso violinist, Lache Cercel who ultimately mentored Suzka in gypsy jazz and world music. The love of music returned and five albums later her passion was clearly ignited.
One of her dream projects was to fuse classical and world gypsy jazz style, with Afrobeat and world music. She began the 'ELEVATION project 2021', an EP of all original violin compositions. This body of work includes a special feature from reggae artist Kabaka Pyramid on 'We Rising'. AVAILABLE NOW ON ALL MAJOR STREAMING PLATFORMS!!!

NANYA SPARK
Nanya Spark, popularly known as 'Nanya' is a Nigerian born Singer and Songwriter, known for her unique blend of Afro melodic sounds with an infusion of youthful excitement.
She delved into music at at very young age, and at the age of 14, Nanya formed a band with 4 teenagers from her community. She relentlessly carved her own niche and always stood out from the crowd. In July 2022, she released her Debut EP titled "Yung x Wildin" with 7 tracks including "Bow Down" which is the lead single off the EP.
Nanya has performed on stages alongside some of Afrobeats greats and she continues to be non conforming in her music journey.
Her undeniable passion for making music is fueled by her deep rooted love for creative artistic imaginations and ability to take people into a different realm with her distinctive tone and melodies.
Nanya spark sings in English, Pidgin and in Igbo, creating a seductive and sweet "vibe" . She frequently refers to herself as a rule breaker and a genre-bender, and her sound as Afrobeats with a Pop of fresh air.

Robin brings a Neo-Soul, jazz, R&B, feel good sound that can be enjoyed in any setting wherever you may be.
Born and raised in China, adapting to North American standards was very hard for Robin when moving here in 2015.
She has learned to adapt and transition into a new society where music became a love that she was able to progressively express through her own style, while showing homage to artists such as Sade, Faith Evans, SZA, Summer Walker and many more .....
Robin learned to not only sing as she wanted but also to be this person who expresses her true opinions as a woman in North America opposed to her Birthland of China.

We shot what was supposed to be our Episode 7 back in November of 2021. We didn't end up releasing it. 
We are happy to release what is now our Episode 12 with Dominican Republic born, Vancity based musician Billie Bando.
Billie Bando is drill/dembow artist and songwriter based in Vancity. He's blowing up in the DR with his smash hit "La Mujer De Paco" with DR superstar @elcherryscom28.
Someone once asked our host, "How are we even supposed to dance to dembow?" To which she replied, "It's called twerking bitch!"

"Introducing an incredibly talented hip hop artist from the eastside of Vancouver, Terence a.k.a Hardbody Dreams, a 33-year-old creative artist who writes and stores music in his mind, just like Beethoven. He started rapping at the age of 13 doing freestyle battles and humbly speaking, annihilating all competition.
Terence has a truly inspirational story; living a life of organised crime, falling into the traps of drug abuse and addiction, spending time behind bars, and losing his vision to Glaucoma. Despite all of that, Terence has found sobriety, remains passionate to his music, and lives a life of service to others. He does this through working daily with people that suffer from alcoholism and addictions. Music remains at the crux of his life. The music comes from a place that is created to inspire, elevate, and empower people. The music comes from real life processes of overcoming struggle and adversity, and this is reflected in his music. Original, talented and old school are only a few words to describe Jônelle. The talented reggae singer of Jamaican descendant, has a powerful but sweet voice that captures your attention the moment you hear her sing. Her style is fresh with an old school flare and is gaining the attention of those in her city. The song writer recently took part in the Carnaval del Sol festival, one of Vancouver’s most important latin festivals. In 2021, she produced, wrote and released her single “everybody needs love”. Jônelle will be gearing up to release her newest single “so good” very soon which was produced by LT Irieand Hause Records

Tiago Vasquez is a singer, songwriter and guitar player who wows crowds with his engaging delivery. He is an outlier in a contemporary category and owns his unique sound inspired by his past and family. Coming from an immigrant family - His parents came from El Salvador to Canada, Tiago’s upbringing was humble, and with a guitar always present in the household, it greatly inspired his future musical career. By bringing his original R&B soul sound to the rap game, Tiago has had many features with top underground artists including Snak the Ripper, Kapok, Emotionz and icons like Checkmate and DJ Kemo. Tiago has also collaborated with reggae artists such as Adan Nuñes of Golden Ganga, and Tugstar from Jamaica on the recent release of their latest EP that dropped in 2019. Aside from his solo career, Tiago is one of the lead singers in Salsahall Collective, a band where Cuba meets Jamaica - The band will be soon be releasing a new EP, scheduled to drop in early 2020. Howard “Tugsar” Johnson is born in in the small riverside city of Maypen Clarendon, Jamaica, to Mrs and Mrs Johnson. He is the youngest of 3 boys. Growing up, music was central to his family life. His mother, a member of the local church choir, still singing until to today, and father a DJ, throwing some of the hottest outdoor dance parties of the time. Howard too, had begun his musical life at church singing choir at the age of 7. At age 15, he started his career professionally, laying verses at the “Shack and Vibes” recording studio located in Kingston Jamaica. This is where he would record his first song, “Flowers in the Garden” along with many others. “Tuggy”, Howard's childhood nickname, was soon adopted as his stage name once his popularity in the Dance hall scene grew. And as a result, many artist took notice. As well as writing his own hits, he wrote for many dance hall artists and is responsible for the lyrics of over 50 recording hits to date. He still writes for artists until today. Always positive with a Jovial spirit. Always upbeat, full of laughter and full of life. He is continually inspired and moved by people and lives he is surrounded by, their struggles and their motivations. As well as the celebration and upbeats of Dance Hall, Tugstar strives to be a voice for those in the struggle. A voice for those who do not have one. With 17 years in the business, Tugstar has toured some of the the biggest festivals in Jamaica, as well as the world, working with many artist to break the mold of dance hall, and bring his music across multiple genres. He remains with his finger on the pulse of modern reggae, continually working to push its sound and its message to the world stage.

V-Love
V-love is a Liberia born independent Afro pop artist based on the unceded ancestral lands of the Coast Salish Peoples, otherwise known as Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
He started singing at the early age of 6 years old. With many years of practice under his belt, he officially started his Afropop career in 2017. V-love has worked with some of Nigeria's top artists such as, Timaya, Davido, Yemi Alade and South African producer Master KG. He has also collaborated with Tanzania's most successful artist, Diamonds Platinum. His first Afro pop/free waves album "Mr. Lover" was released in December 2019. He is currently working on his sophomore album titled, "I Am Ready" which is due to drop at the end of 2021. V-love is also a fashion designer and has just released his own brand of sneakers and apparel.
