Also fully aware that not everyone needs to have a podcast but realised that sharing our experiences helped us out a lot as well as encouraging more self reflection. So with this podcast we want to create a light hearted safe space to sit back and absorb whatever you want to absorb. We can't and won't stop talking too much about triathlon, sorry
