Sharing stuff that might be helpful, make you laugh or shake your head.
Basically two guys who have known each other all their life. Also fully aware that not everyone needs to have a podcast but realised that sharing our experiences helped us out a lot as well as encouraging more self reflection. So with this podcast we want to create a light hearted safe space to sit back and absorb whatever you want to absorb.
We can't and won't stop talking too much about triathlon, sorry

how do we not get bored on long, monotonous workouts? this question seems to haunt a lot of you when it comes to practice triathlon (or other endurance sports). we try to help out with some exciting “during the race-activities“ but also like to stress out that practicing long workouts can also serve as a valuable escape from today’s overstimulated world. as always feel free to share your feedback and questions about this topic through @tryguyspodcast on Instagram; especially in terms of our new “quick-question”-format.
