Welcome back for another solo episode of Travel, Pray, Slay. I am fresh from vacation and my first trip of 2022. I took an adult Spring Break 10-day trip to Chicago, Charleston, and then Savannah.
Charleston and Savannah, better known as the Lowcountry, have been on my list for a while. I love the south and all things old school and vintage. Charleston and Savannah are both coastal cities. Welcome to 2022! We all survived and made it! It is a new year and that always brings about a time to reflect, refocus, and set new goals.
Did you meet all of the goals or New Year’s resolutions that you set last year? Given the year we have had it is okay if you didn’t this past year. While we are still in these tough times it is still okay to have hope for what a new year brings and know that you can accomplish the goals that you set. Today I am going to focus on two principles I consider when setting goals: Reflection and Intention.
