In this episode, I break down " What Trauma is and how it impacts the body". If you are not ready to learn and heal this episode may not be for you. I incorporated research and personal experiences that led to exposure of my personal trauma's. Trauma is often minimize or people fail to understand how it impacts us, so I broke a few things down.
