It’s been a little while since my last episode — I’ve been deeply immersed in one-on-one work — but I’m happy to share this fresh recording from a live Morning Yoga Nidra session.
This is part of my weekly gathering in English, every Thursday morning from 8:00 to 8:40. It’s a gentle, beautiful way to begin the day, offered on a donation basis.
I hope this practice supports you wherever you are.

A Guided Drawing Meditation (from Essential Drawing)
Welcome to this gentle, 10-minute guided drawing meditation a glimpse into Essential Drawing, my 9-week course that weaves together drawing, meditation, and soul expression. This episode offers a taster from Module II of the course, where we begin to explore a different kind of self-portrait.
Rather than focusing on facial features or form, this exercise invites you to sense and draw the feeling of your energy the subtle, spacious field in and around your body. It’s one of the simple foundational practices from the first half of the course, which slowly builds toward deeper explorations of self, presence, and creativity.
You’re welcome to experience this meditation with or without drawing. Let it meet you where you are.
I hope it brings a moment of quiet connection and a taste of what this practice can open.
Enjoy.

In this episode, we explore the quiet devotion held in the simple act of a footbath. Through stories and reflections, I share how tending to the feet can become a practice of reverence—devotion to the earth, to life, and to soul.
An offering of grounding, presence, and inspiration for your daily ritual.

Welcome to The Well’s Weaving — a podcast of soul nourishment, rest, and reverent presence.
This first episode is a guided Yoga Nidra meditation created for sensitive souls — the empaths, intuitives, and open-hearted ones who feel life deeply. It’s an invitation to come home to yourself through restful awareness, gentle grounding, and the deep quiet of inner stillness.
Let this be a space where your sensitivity is honored as a strength. A place where you can soften, breathe, and remember your belonging.
We gather live each Monday evening for a Yoga Nidra session by donation.
You’re warmly welcome to join — details and sign-up are shared through my Substack: The Well’s Weaving.
Thank you for being here.
May this practice offer you rest, renewal, and soul connection.
