Pic Picot is the founder of Pic's Peanut butter. After a string of failed businesses and real estate deals Pic Picot found himself in Nelson. With his eyesight deteriorating, and needing a bit of extra cash the 55 year old entrepreneur started making Peanut Butter out of his garage and selling it at a local market. Fourteen years later Pic’s now produces 25,000 jars of Peanut Butter a day, turning over $50 million a year. They employ 55 people at their Nelson headquarters now known as Peanut Butter World and Pic has just released a book about his life and adventures.

Darren Shand has been the All Black's Manager since 2004. His time with the team has included the 2011 and 2015 Rugby World Cup winning campaigns and the first undefeated Test season in 2013, winning the Tri Nations and subsequent Rugby Championship six times.
