Pic Picot is the founder of Pic's Peanut butter. After a string of failed businesses and real estate deals Pic Picot found himself in Nelson. With his eyesight deteriorating, and needing a bit of extra cash the 55 year old entrepreneur started making Peanut Butter out of his garage and selling it at a local market. Fourteen years later Pic’s now produces 25,000 jars of Peanut Butter a day, turning over $50 million a year. They employ 55 people at their Nelson headquarters now known as Peanut Butter World and Pic has just released a book about his life and adventures.
