Emily Rose Cotelli is an Art Therapist, Artist, Photographer and Yoga teacher based on the Gold Coast. She consciously chooses to live her life from a space of love, hoping to inspire those around her to embody their truth and step into a life that lights them up from within.
Emily was born an artist; always inspired by the unique beauty of the world around her, she is often intuitively creating art in all its forms. Her soft, grounded, and feminine energy instantly puts those around her at ease, feeling safe in being more of themselves.
Since Emily can remember, creating art was a much-needed grounding force as she journeyed through an unsettled childhood. It was her means of expressing her inner world without words - bridging the gap between her internal and external world. Through experiencing the healing power of art, Emily felt a deep calling to support others in their healing journey through art therapy.
Emily creates opportunity for self-exploration in a safe and gentle space, allowing those around her to fully explore the edges of themselves during their sessions.
Emily believes that art truly is the window to the Soul, and if one can surrender and trust their creative process, with an open heart and mind, one can achieve deep insight into their innate truth.

In this episode I am getting interviewed for a change. I am talking about how I expressed myself in the past and what I did to change it and all the beautiful tools I am using now.
Today I am talking to Katie - it was an early morning wake up due to the time difference with the US. But it was absolutely worth it. Separation was hard for me, I can't even imagine what it must be like for parents, and especially the little humans that are often involved in such a breakup. I really wanted to talk to someone that can provide some insight what it is like to be a coparent and what to take into consideration when the little humans are involved. I have been following Katie for a while on Instagram and knew she was the perfect person to speak to for this interview.
Katie is a divorced Mom to two young children, and has been coparenting with her ex-husband for over four years.
She’s a Coparenting Coach who specialises in high-conflict coparenting relationships and believes in teaching others how to set and enforce boundaries, how to use different techniques to communicate effectively, and how to make positive changes that will help you coparent peacefully.
Eloise is an Astrologer, Intuitive guide and Yin Yoga teacher. Her mission is to help people to re-connect to themselves to remember their purpose and live a life in their true potential. She says that the most important relationship we will ever have is with ourselves, and we need to cultivate this through self knowledge and self care - and I couldn’t agree more. Astrological birth charts are a map of the soul and Eloise uses these to give clients clarity on their purpose and their journey, and make sense of their life and experiences. Eloise also teaches Yin yoga which provides the space for us to slow down and connect with our bodies and minds, away from all of the "doing", where we can find stillness and clarity.

Yulia is a former Financial Adviser with over 5 years experience in the industry. Last year she took her love for helping people and turned her profession towards Money Coaching, helping women keep, save and create more wealth for themselves without giving up the life they love. So she founded Madam and changed career to become a Money Mindset Coach.
She is a self professed huge nerd when it comes to not only money and wealth creation, but also learning more about people's behaviours, so she uses Money Typing and Human Design as tools in her work to help others learn about themselves, their minds and what's stopping them on their journey to financial abundance.
The first time I met Yulia was at a workshop, we started talking and decided to stay connected. We actually meet on a regular basis and work on our own coaching business next to each other. Owning a business can sometimes be lonely and we thought why not do our thing but doing it surrounded by likeminded people.

Ilana Kosakiewicz is one of Australia’s leading kinesiologists, energy coaches, and yoga and meditation teachers. She is a wholefood lover, entrepreneur with a past life spent working in the corporate world as a CPA accountant. Ilana’s own health journey with chronic fatigue and auto-immune disease taught her that slowing down, finding moments of stillness, living in the now and listening to your body’s inner wisdom and intuition are not just important – they are essential. Ilana is passionate about teaching women to live in alignment with their innate cyclical energy, menstrual cycle and the moon.
She helps women shift their energy and take back their inner power and self-care rights by making themselves the number one priority. Ilana also works with children (& some men) to assist in shifting their essence, energy and zest so they can live authentic, content and happy lives.
Originally from Gippsland Australia, Ilana now lives in Bayside Melbourne and spends her days with her clients, teaching yoga and meditation, writing, dancing, cooking in her kitchen and spending as much time at the beach as she can.
I met Ilana through a women’s mentoring group and had been wanting to try Kinesiology for some time. So I decided to book a session with her and I can personally say that the work she does is absolutely fascinating - and it absolutely worked for me. We have connected more than just on a ‘business’ level and I am so excited to welcome Ilana as my guest today.
