Hey y'all! Sorry that I did not upload last week. I had planned to upload a different episode, but I was compelled to create this one instead. Mental Health will always be included when we talk about what makes us human. It is important to nurture the mind body and soul to sustain your energy and happiness. It's more personal and if discussion of mental health triggers you or if you are going to be closed minded to it- this is not the episode for you! I will be diving into more mental health matters as this show is going but this will be some insight on how I view societies standards for those who struggle with it.

What's upppppp? We are getting into different types of "friends" to avoid and ones to have. Humans need connection with other people and that means healthy friendships that you incorporate into your lives. This episode is not to throw out shade towards past friendships just only sharing experiences that have taught me how to determine who I and YOU should have in your circle. Make sure your friendships are deeper than the surface level of what is seen on the outside where you forget what truly matters-the inside.

Happy March! Here we are at episode number 3. Woohoo! I shared some of my podcast learning progress and mistakes. This is my first episode that I combined multitrack into Adobe Audition. It is very new to me, but I'm kickin' ass so far! I wanted to lay some base on where I stand with religion and spirituality because I will be discussing more about the metaphysical elements in our world. There will be more topics discussing controversy within Christianity just for philosophical purpose such as lost books, religious control, and social standards within religion. Hey y'all! Hope all is well. It's been almost a whole month since my last upload. Sorry for the wait on a full episode! We are going to talk how Coronavirus has affected our lives! I'm still working on my best strategy for setting up and I CLEARLY just need to sit on the ground or get a non-rolling chair because my background noises from my chair is annoying. We are finally here! This will be my first RAW upload. That means no edits, cuts, or alterations. I started off kind of rocky but when I am able to tackle on a single topic, I will feel more confident in my flow of speech. Don't mind the sniffles. It is currently Alaska climate in Texas, and we are not doing okay! LOL! Thank you for checking out my introduction to what there is to come throughout this podcast.
