It's nice to think we can do something once and make it a part of ourselves, but the truth is progress comes from doing things that align with who we wish to become on a consistent basis.
These are some thoughts Jacob had recently while going out for a run after some time out of it. This acceptance that to become the person we wish to become or do something we wish to do, it takes action over time to get us there.
