Zac Ashkanasy (Australia) became the M50 1500 WR holder in March hitting an incredible 3.57.70. It was felt at the time that he came out of no where, but he has a 3.43 as a senior and a 1.49 800m. A very private guy who shuns social media and only posts basic information on Strava. So, we're very lucky to get his story here about the WR night, his training and past experience. Please like and share this episode. Thanks.

Season 3, episode 1 is to inform you about some sponsorship I've gotten from an incredible company called 'Pace Coffee' by Richard Nerurkar with coffee from Haile Gebrselassie's coffee farm in Ethiopia. They offer four fantastic coffees. Two of these are single origin coffees from Haile's farm in western Ethiopia; while the other two are blends using some coffee from Haile's farm mixed with another coffee. Our blends are suitable for both filter and espresso coffee and are available in ground and bean form. We chat about the wonderful product, how the business came about and a bit about Richard's great career as a 3- time Olympian and 3 -time British XC champion.
