In this episode, Tommy and Kt discuss goals and evaluations about how you can find lucrative ways to progress your short to intermediate to long-term goals during the process. In today's final sourced episode of series one, Tommy and KT lay down the hard truth on pure accountability. In the first segment of the show, both men waste no time on getting the right tools for you the listener on how pure accountability can make a difference in getting what you need to be a better person. Owning up, not playing the blame game, and knowing both limitations and mistakes are just some of the key parts to allowing others to grow with you in the process of accountability. In today's episode, Tommy and Kt discuss how human progress is a key factor in the development process. In the first segment of the show, Tommy and Kt both discuss how developing one habit a month, and using your time wisely is an important aspect of what goes on in the simple stages of progression. In today's episode, Tommy and KT dive into encapsulating capabilities to help better understand the mind of being a responsible citizen. In the first segment of the show, both Tommy and KT talk about how social and personal capabilities are the cornerstone of developing self-discipline in due time. In today's episode, Tommy and KT discuss identifying personal strengths through a variety of sources. The first part Tommy and Kt dive into about knowing yourself. Using sources, Tommy dives into understanding what makes people utilize their strengths to help better yourself. The top talking points of the "bridges" as Tommy says is to continue to evaluate yourself, keep putting in the work, and work on the clues to success. Discovery is an important thing and both gentlemen discover the most important part of maintaining a hold on your identity. You will hear during the first part that leveraging personal strengths will lead to investment in yourself. Both hosts source out strengths to leverage personal achievement. To wrap up the first part and article, you hear some personal development tips about singular focus as well as self-discipline for the fulfillment of the early process.
In part two, Tommy and Kt move onto the second source talking about human entrepreneurship. The main pillars of part two are education, spiritual, emotional, and social processes to assess yourself to become better. In the education portion, exploring topics in your niche is highlighted.
