
In today's episode, Tommy and Kt discuss how human progress is a key factor in the development process. In the first segment of the show, Tommy and Kt both discuss how developing one habit a month, and using your time wisely is an important aspect of what goes on in the simple stages of progression. The guys briefly touch on support groups and how learning new habits is crucial to working towards that ultimate goal. KT and Tommy elaborate on finding the passion in what you do, but having the experiences with that is more crucial to what goes on in the world of flow and acquisition. Lastly, maintaining goals has a required step to get further ahead. Tommy breaks down the four-step approach to goal setting and how setting the right goals will setup your ultimate success in the rewarding process.
In the second segment of the show, eight major tips are discussed on how to progress even further with development tips. Kt takes the stage as he begins his tangent on how the audience needs to be thinking like an entrepreneur as times change. Developing a growth mindset and developing resiliency is another avenue where both guys tackle for your growth. This leads to understanding and executing on your morals better from a more holistic setting as well. The last three points are development plans, skills, record your personal track, and constantly find innovative ways to develop. Both guys hit on points of trying to help the audience find their time and bide their way to getting the best results in terms of life and human progression. Also, a well being form is shared and an open invite from the guys into your own progression is announced at the end.
