In this conversation I’m joined by Dr. Gerald Pollack, research scientist and pioneer in the study of structured water. We dive deep into the fourth phase of water and its implications for human health, cancer treatment, energy production, and struggles in the scientific world. Dr. Pollack (Jerry) challenges conventional scientific wisdom, explaining how structured water in our cells could be the key to understanding and potentially reversing cancer. We discuss the unexpected role of infrared light in creating "EZ” - exclusion zone - water, and how this discovery might change our approach to health and healing. Jerry also shares his perspective on the decline of fundamental science and the need for a new generation of curious researchers willing to question established theories. It was a pleasure talking with Jerry and I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did!

Max Borders shares his vision for creating new protocols and decentralized systems that enable true self-governance and human freedom. Drawing inspiration from the ideals of "consent of the governed" and "subversive innovation" Max outlines three fundamental features of the type of society he envisions: low transaction costs (less intermediaries), high predation costs (costly to exploit others), and low switching costs (easy to move from one government/system to another).
He discusses the concept of "asymptotic anarchism" - an approach to gradually move society towards a condition of rules without rulers through entrepreneurship, technological innovation, and individual responsibility. Max also explores the idea of reviving "mutual aid societies" and civil associations as voluntary governance systems aligned with people's values.
Elisha and Max dive deep into how such organizations could pave the way for self-determined communities, alternative economic models, private legal frameworks, and education outside state control.
If you're passionate about decentralization, crypto philosophy, and reimagining societal structures, you won’t want to miss this thought provoking conversation.

What are the deeper origins of money, law and human freedom? In this fascinating discussion, Max Borders takes us on a journey through human history - from the sharing practices of paleolithic tribes to the rise of settled agriculture, the formation of proto-states, and the evolution of law and money under empires like Rome.
Exploring philosophy, psychology, economics and more, Max discusses how our ancient instincts for reciprocity and trade gave way to systems of fiat law and fiat money. He also exposes the devil's bargain humanity made by outsourcing protection to governments and centralized powers. But is there a way to renew the spiritual significance of money and create a future of mutual aid and true freedom?
Join us as we explore what it looks like to create a healthier relationship with money, law, individuation and freedom.

In this thought-provoking interview, Dr. Tom Cowan challenges core tenets of modern medicine and biology.
He questions fundamental "facts" using logic and calls for rethinking human biology from first principles. Tom has become widely know for challenging the existence of things like viruses, synapses, and genetic determinism - exposing flaws in assumptions that underpin our understanding of health and disease.
He shares his journey escaping dogmas and embracing a sense of wonder about the body's amazing design. His ideas provide a refreshing contrast to fear-based victim narratives permeating modern healthcare.
Dr. Cowan also discusses his New Biology Clinic which focuses on light, water, electromagnetism and treating the individual - not disease labels.

Dr. Andrew Kaufman joins me to explore the history of modern banking and how fiat paper “money” is actually CREATED by the autographs (signatures) of living men and women along with our “promise to pay.” Modern banking is an entirely fraudulent system, kept alive by “emergency powers” since 1933.
The constitution tells us that the only legal tender for payment, or settlement, of DEBT is gold and silver COIN. Dr. Andy and I talk about the founding of the Federal Reserve in 1913, and the gold recall of 1933 - which led to our modern banking system that is based on ever increasing debt and inflation. Paper “money” has no intrinsic value and is backed by nothing other than our faith.
Everyone knows this system is going to collapse - it’s not a matter of if, but WHEN. So it’s important to learn, and I’m grateful to Andy Kaufman for his research into this critical aspect of modern life. I’m hoping to get Andy back on to do a series with me, because we barely scratched the surface today!

Jonah Evans is a Christian Community Priest, and this is PART III in our three part series. We discuss the purpose and nature of evil, and how adversarial (evil) forces help us to grow and become more fully human. Illuminating the necessity of conflict, struggle and oppression for the development of human freedom, we explore the war between our lower beastly nature and that of our conscience. Conscience is what calls us to the path of goodness, compassion, love, forgiveness, empathy, patience etc.
Deepening on the topic of living “in love towards one’s actions”(one half of Rudolf Steiner’s maxim of freedom) we dive into the nature of sickness and healing, and the kind of freedom available to use in bearing pain that isn’t meant to be fixed or transformed. During the last half of the conversation, Jonah and I grapple with our human impulse to want to “change the world for the better.”
Please share your thoughts in the comments section, and thanks for watching!

Jonah Evans is a Christian Community Priest, and this is PART II in our three part series. To start with, I ask Jonah about his thoughts on Jordan Peterson, which launches us into a conversation about archetypes, stories, myths and finding our place in the Whole of human and world evolution. From there we explore blame and responsibility, how to know what spiritual “work” is ours and ours alone, how some pain can turn into a gift we offer the world, while sometimes we have no choice but to bear pain. I ask Jonah “how do we love each other?” And we explore this mysterious and painful social phenomenon together.

Jonah Evans is a Christian Community Priest, and a long time friend who once gave me a painful gift that changed my life. This episode kicks off a 3 part series, and we discuss his path from eastern philosophy, Buddhism and a mindset of being “allergic to Christ” to an experience of encountering Christ as a supersensible being, which in turn led him to pursue a life of service as a priest. Our conversation covered so many fascinating topics: psychedelics, demons, angels, meditation, Christ, god, grace, the three types of pain and three types of freedom…and more.

What exactly IS freedom?
This word, or ideal, is the central theme of the podcast. As it turns out, this word is really hard to define. Because it’s not just a word - it’s an ideal. And baked into its very nature is everything antithetical to it. Freedom is largely defined by its opposing forces: pain, oppression, constraint, tyranny…and so, we will explore freedom from the perspective of the primary constraints of modern life that compel or inspire us to seek freedom.
Welcome to the first episode of The Human Freedom Project podcast! In this episode, I’m sharing the inspiration behind the podcast and what this adventure has in store for us if you decide to stick around and join me. Most episodes will feature a guest, but I will also be recording some solocasts on topics like pain, fascia, the nervous system, living science and the work of Rudolf Steiner, who inspires everything I do.
