We travel… a LOT. We travel at least once a month for my daughter's sailing and I also work as a travel chef throughout the summer and occasionally throughout the school year. This means I’ve had to learn how to balance my desire to stay healthy and strong with oftentimes being away from home, and out of my routine. It's that time of the year again when life just feels extra full. Every night of the week we seem to have something going on, from swim class to sailing practice, tutoring or art club- I'm sure many of you can relate! And with the busyness comes dinners at odd times, whether extra early or extra late- so I like to be prepared as much as possible so we can eat the delicious, real food melas we love and keep our tiny athletes fueled well.
