A lot of opinions out there about the NAR Settlement. My opinion, something thats already complicated just got more complicated and its not really 'saving' consumers. My full prediction at 28:20.

With the blessing of our friend, Ron DiFrancesco, we bring you the story of the last known survivor to leave the south tower as it was collapsing on September 11, 2001. Ron was on the 84th floor when the wing of the airliner came slicing through his training room. His recollection is vivid and chilling.
