Despite the growing representation of underrepresented groups, Latinas continue to face significant barriers to leadership, with only 1% of C-suite positions held by Latina women.
As an advocate for women’s empowerment, our guest, Anna, founded Lean In Latinas, a non-profit organization dedicated to elevating Latina leadership. Her work in this area led to her role as a Regional Program Leader with LeanIn.Org in 2015. Anna currently serves as a DEI Senior Manager at Stanford Health Care, where she is passionate about advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to build a more just and inclusive community.
