Have you ever found that when you say you're starting a diet on Monday your weekend becomes a festival of all the foods you're not going to be allowed?

It only takes 5 minutes to break the cycle.
It doesnt take too much to get you back on the right path and to feel good again.
You don't need to wait until tomorrow or Monday. Reset at the next available opportunity and you will feel less 'all or nothing' and more in control of your behaviours. This works in fat loss, maintenance and life.
