Meet Matt Lindland, Olympic Wrestling Medalist, Retired UFC Competitor, and Friend of Battle Ground!

Today Max and Chris interview Matt Lindland following a coaching clinic given at BMA Academy in Battle Ground. Matt has a long history both as a college and Olympic wrester, and as a coach at both the college and Olympic levels. He also owns a gym in Portland. On top of these things he's competed in the UFC and he and his wife have recently been attending Chris's church. In today's interview Matt provides fascinating insights into the wrestling and UFC scenes as well as his own thoughts on spiritual self-defense. Enjoy!
