Today’s episode is special as we dive into self-love and healing from within. This topic is close to my heart, having been at the core of my personal growth for the last decade.
Self-love isn’t just a buzzword; it’s the foundation of a healthy and fulfilling life. My journey began after a painful breakup from a five-year relationship that pushed me into therapy and self-discovery.
Loving yourself means giving yourself the love you didn’t receive from parents, caregivers, partners, or friends. It’s about recognizing the gaps in your experiences and filling those voids with your own love and care. Even if you’ve never experienced healthy, secure, or safe love from others, you can create that for yourself.
Tune in for more on this journey of self-love and let’s heal together.
Hey, SoulFull family!
It’s been a minute—life's been a whirlwind with a pretty tedious job search process, but I’m excited to share that the first week is complete! Now, I’m figuring out how to balance everything and keep this podcast journey going strong.
In this episode, we dive deep into the concept of letting go. This topic feels incredibly relevant for me and many in our community right now. Letting go, in my eyes, can be one of the greatest acts of self-love.
We often hold onto things, people, situations, and environments simply because we've grown accustomed to them. They create a false sense of security and comfort, but they can also prevent us from experiencing growth, new opportunities, and genuine happiness.
So why do we stay in these stagnant places? Sometimes it’s fear of hurting others or fear of the unknown. We don’t want to rock the boat, so we stay in a boat with a dead engine and no lifejackets.
Choosing to let go is choosing yourself. Letting go is about making room for the next best thing to come into your life. Tune in to hear more about my journey and tips on how you can start letting go to make room for what truly matters.
Catch the full episode now and let’s embrace the power of letting go together!
In this episode, we dive into the often misunderstood concept of vulnerability. What does it truly mean to be vulnerable, and why is it so crucial for building deep, authentic connections?
I share my personal journey with vulnerability, starting with my lupus diagnosis at 12 and later kidney disease at 21. Initially, I shut everyone out, believing I had to face it alone. But as I opened up, first through a blog, I experienced profound healing and deeper connections with family and friends.
Choosing vulnerability over pride has been transformative. Allowing others to see me struggle and not have it all together has fostered true, meaningful relationships. When you let yourself be vulnerable with those you trust, you create a safe space to heal.
Tune in for an honest and insightful conversation. Don’t miss it! 🎙️✨

The 3 Biggest Business Killers
I’ve been in business for 4 years now - that’s not long, nor is it short.
It’s a substantial amount of time that I have learned A LOT of really expensive lessons.
And not only expensive lessons learned through loss of money or revenue, but also loss of time and loss in energy.
I wouldn’t take back any of the lessons I’ve learned because it’s gotten me here today, however if I can help one person early on in their entrepreneurial journey, I am so happy to.
So without further ado, let’s get down and dirty and talk about what I’ve identified in my own business, through working 50+ clients in their businesses, and hiring 7, 8-figure online entrepreneurs and mentors, here are the 3 biggest business killers.
I am so excited for today’s podcast episode. I feel like today’s conversation is going to be so therapeutic for my soul and so freeing to share with you all.
I have had so much going on in my life, hence why I have been so MIA on social.
I can’t remember the last time I went on stories and talked to you all, and I used to do that every day!!!
Anyways, today is going to be a massive life update on all the things - lupus treatments, other health issues, mental health, my business, my new job offer, moving, and anything else that comes up organically.
I want today to really feel like you’re joining me for a happy hour, we’re throwing back beers and just catching up on everything.
This might be one of the realest conversations I’ve had to date and one of the most important ones in my 4-years as an entrepreneur.
#1 if you read that episode title and gasped or were shocked…
This is exactly why I’m opening up the floor and having this real conversation with you all today.
I’ve known so many online entrepreneurs who held a job while they launched their businesses, those who went back to their jobs after launching, and those who shut down their businesses to get a job.
Regardless, I don’t know why having a job while starting or running or scaling your business has been looked down upon so negatively in the online coaching industry.
I feel as though it’s been this super taboo subject that’s so riddled with shame, guilt, and embarrassment, and I say this from first-hand experience as well.
Today we are going to be serving up some harsh truths and reality checks if you’re feeling frustrated with where you are in your business, career, health or relationships.
This way of thinking and approaching life that I’m going to share with you has always served me well and I truly believe it’s played a huge role in my ability to stay committed and resilient in all my endeavors and to see success.
So if you’re in a place in your business, job, or health, and you’re not happy about where you are, the progress you’ve made or the lack thereof, or feeling like you should be further along…
This one's for you.
