Take some time for yourself to reconnect to what is most important in this moment. It can be easy to loose track of what really matters when so many things are happening at once. This meditation will help you be your own guide to place your awareness on what is personally most important to you at this time. You will be reminded that you are worthy for just being. You do not have to do anything to have worth. Allowing yourself to just be will give space for clarity. You are enough just as you are.

Astro Phil takes us on a journey to explore some of the astrological influences the year 2022 will bring. His interpretation takes into account that nothing is set in stone and that there are always multiple ways that planetary energies can play out. He believes that by understanding the coding in the stars one can empower themselves to take advantage of periods when certain influences will help achieve certain goals as well as knowing when to go within or pause.

Happy New Year Everyone! This episode is a humble gift. An experience shared that is life transformational. We all have parts of ourselves that contradict one another. The contradictions can be seen as self sabotage, however is self sabotage even real or is it another part of ourselves looking out for what it sees as our best interest? This concept was first introduced to your host, Olivia Immitt, by reading The Completion Process by Teal Swan. She has recently taken this experience to the next level by working with a woman who guides her through meditation to open up channels of communication with the different parts of herself. Olivia shares her experience communicating with her heart and mind, her right and left side of the body, her calm/still point and chaos, and where she holds worry and trust in her body. In sharing this, she hopes it will inspire others to have more compassion for the parts of ourselves that we often have conflicting feelings about. May this New Year bring you feelings of wholeness and oneness.

This episode is an exploration of thoughts and opinions. Nothing more and nothing less. Inspired by a recent channeling from the Pleiadeans by Bracha Goldsmith that sparked questions of how we can see the other side. Polarities are a foundation of the three dimensional reality that we live in. However, is it possible to embrace the other side, whatever it may be? The main avenue your host, Olivia Immitt, contemplates is the relationship between western medicine and other healing modalities. Can a balance be achieved? Or better yet incorporated? Her former sound healing teacher David Gibson, the founder of the Globe Institute of Sound, says it is indeed already happening and will continue to dramatically change western medical practices in the next ten years. These are indeed exciting times we are living in. What if the challenges that we are faced with are not all doom and gloom? And if they are, is that necessarily "bad"? What if, what if, what if?
Wow. "Expect the unexpected" the astrology told me. I was still taken aback by what unfolded. I knew the process of bringing life into this world would require me to surrender. However, I did not realize the experience would also ask me to let go of my ideals, forcing me to see things differently and with more compassion. I have always struggled with western medicine due to a pattern that I was often the "difficult patient" because doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. For years I have not taken any medications and have searched for other healing modalities with a quest to get to the root of the issue rather than just treating the symptom. After bringing my son into the world I am beginning to see the importance of medicine (or substances as I usually refer to them) and how imperative it is that western medicine and other healing technologies and traditions be incorporated.
A note to the listener. What happened to me is very rare. It is not my intention to scare anyone but rather to share what happened to me in order to help mothers be more informed about different possibilities and hospital policies. My mother with a background in nurse midwifery, breaks down what happened and why both my son and I are so lucky.
Warning to the listener. The content on this Podcast may be triggering. In this episode Victoria talks about how the experience of birth has changed in our western culture and links these changes to historical moments in time. Knowledge is power. It is our intention that sharing this information will help us understand the systems of birth that are currently in place in our medical industry. There is nothing wrong with choosing to give birth in whatever situation makes the a woman feel empowered and safe, even if that is in a traditional hospital. This is put out there with love for all women, moms, and mothers to be as a bridge to support one another with compassion. We end the conversation on a positive note rooted in optimism.
