My guest today is Fawzi Ammache. Fawzi is a UX Designer, AI Engineer and the creator of the Year 2049 Newsletter. When you look around and watch content on Artificial Intelligence, the perspective is predominantly negative.
AI is a threat to humanity's existence, AI distorts reality on mass by spreading misinformation, and AI, if given the power to, can convince people to nuke each other if put in the right circumstances. Some call for a complete halt, others for full steam ahead, so which is it?
In this episode, me and Fawzi talk about common misperceptions of artificial intelligence and debate whether it is a great equalizer or great oppressor of humanity. Stay tuned!

My guest today is Laura Hahn, who is a professor in the Criminal Justice Department at Towson University. In this discussion we will be discussing how life decisions alter future prospects and break down this multifaceted issue to try to unravel the union of what incentivizes criminality. Why is this so? What are the incentivizes?
In this discussion, we also draw parallels from The Other Wes Moore, which describes two Wes Moore's. One of them is currently the governor of Maryland and the other Wes Moore is currently serving a life-sentence for the murder of a police officer during a bank heist.
Finally, in this discussion we talk about restorative justice and compare it to the traditional version of our current legal system.
My guest today is Scott Carter. Scott or people call him “Sensei” has over twenty years of experience in mental health and social services. With a background as a clinical mental health counselor and serving on professional committees and boards, he finds the most satisfaction in direct person-to-person work. Currently, Scott runs a private practice as a sole practitioner, which brings both professional and personal fulfillment.
In the episode, I had an amazing conversation with Scott about being a therapist and being true to what he believes is helpful and meaningful both to his clients and what makes him an effective practitioner. We’ve tackled adolescents in crisis who often face a complex web of challenges that can feel overwhelming. Organizing these crises involves understanding key issues such as the struggle to find meaning and purpose, often compounded by low income and the pressures of addiction. Many teens lack role models, and some experience abuse and neglect, further deepening their sense of loneliness and isolation. Finally, we talked about the use of Jungian archetypes as a way to help young men.
