Look, I said what I said. We're all going through tough times, most of us have been for a while now. It's about time someone talked about it, and not only just to mention it, but speak about what to do next. What do we do when we're trying to be better and different than we've been. I tried to keep it clean, but it just didn't happen. Maybe next time!
This one, we talk about some heavy shit. I'm not even going to lie. However, it's REAL shit. And life doesn't care how easy your heart breaks, and the way this guest looks at life is supremely refreshing - truly inspiring. You'll just have to listen to find out why.

Well, what can we say. We had yet again another addition to the She's Fine Hall of Fame. Miss Karisa talked with the girls of She's Fine and it isn't one to be missed. Dude, Macy cried. Twice!
All in all, everyone has their own story and I feel truly honored to sit right across from her as she told hers. It was such a surreal feeling that felt so right. Take a listen and don't forget to leave a review!

This episode the girls of She's Fine talk about the differences of actual relationships and others where you shouldn't even spend your energy. Sometimes it's a lot harder to recognize, but it's never too late to fight for your peace. Don't settle before finding your worth first. Always protect your happiness, energy and self-esteem. Know who your real friends are - sometimes you have to find out who's there for you the hard way, but that's okay. At the end of the day, she's fine!

Don't worry, I'm not going to cry this time. I'm literally FINE lol but yes. I'm back for another solo ep and I just don't have it down yet, but this one was fun to make.
Here for a solo episode with Amanda, trying to configure her thoughts as always. Talking about Mental Health + Parenting and how they coexist within our lives.

What is a typical week without a mental breakdown... or two? The girls of She's Fine are fine, but they've definitely been through it. Yeah, we succumbed to story time at the end there a little, but this is all part of it. Think of it as, the sunshine after the shit storm.
Sit and listen to the girls of She's Fine talk about Amanda's day-to-day one day at a time. Trust me, she's fine!

Very vulnerable episode... Not going to lie. There are many things we just touched on here and some of the feelings we shared, we are still working through. And no matter or which way we see ourselves, that's our own business. Whether that means, seeing you body for what it is and accepting it or not being able to accept it and making altering physical changes (plastic surgery or working out) - which are all beautiful and socially acceptable in their own ways. As long as you're happy who the f*ck cares?
Rule #429: DO NOT compare yourself to others. Whether that'd be your parenting style, your kids' progression stages, your physical appearance, where you are in life, what kind of job you work vs where other people your age work - E N O U G H. However you can use that pressure as motivation. If you're in the right head space and can recognize your faults and alter them instead of fixate on them. If you'd like to make some, or any personal changes for that matter, go for it - that's not what I'm saying. I am saying, social media is a game. You're playing with your mental health and you need to be aware of what it brings to you; if that is anything at all.
Yes, today we are living in a different world than most know or are used to. The differences we experience - big or small - have us questioning the reality we participate in everyday. Explanations for questions asked don't make sense - Amanda and Macy put 2 and 2 together and it just doesn't add up. So, the girls of She's Fine do what they do best... Talk sh*t.
Personal Development, or Personal Growth, is a constant part of life. That's what the girls of She's Fine believe, so listen to us as we admit the vulnerability we endure, talking about our results so far, what works, what doesn't, and the brutal honesty of what we've worked on and what we still need to work on.
