Are you a "sensitive person" or do you pride yourself on being "unaffected" and "chilled"?
In this episode, I talk about how "sensitivity" is not sensitivity at all - it is simply a heightened awareness. But, define heightened? Heightened by whose standards? Shouldn't we all be striving for awareness? The standard for thinking is so low in our society, than anything remotely "deep" is considered problematic. Many "sensitive" people have internalised the belief that there is something wrong with them. There's not.
And for those of you who subscribe to others being "too sensitive" - this episode is worth a listen for you too. Often times we use the cover of "too sensitive" to neglect and repress our own inner emotional world - which isn't good - if you care about Truth.

The Whatever Podcast is a dating talk podcast that features a roundtable discussion with diverse young women (and sometimes men) about what it's like to be single in today's modern world. The catch? They typically bring on Only Fans women and red pill men. What could go wrong?
The clips from the show have gone insanely viral in the last few months - begging the question - is this show (and shows like it, e.g. Fresh & Fit) doing more harm than good?
In this episode, I share my unfiltered thoughts on the morality of a show like this, while also incorporating some snippets from the Pod. If you haven't seen the show, don't worry! You'll be able to follow easily and get a glimpse into the types of media dominating "conservative" circles.

In this episode, I talk about the Paradox of Truth - why is it that what we resist, persists? Why is it that we receive in giving? Why is it that life is cherished, only because of death? I talk bible symbolism and the psychological reality of paradox (like how by feeling the depths of pain, we feel the heights of love).

In this episode of Kat Unfiltered, I share my thoughts on Chat GPT and AI. I discuss tech geniuses and their personalities from a psychological perspective, how their desire to "live forever" and create technological God's is dangerous, and the Bible symbolism of technology and man's fall from grace.

Introducing a new series: Kat Unfiltered! In this series - I casually deliver my unfiltered thoughts on pertinent topics. These topics can be anything ranging from psychology to something in the culture. In this episode, I talk about some of the benefits (and cons) of conservative media in the culture - along with their respective personalities (Candace Owens, Ben Shapiro) etc. I try to ultimately address how conservative media could be better and hopefully - I haven't shot myself in the foot while doing so!

P.s. I was unable to find the full clip on Youtube. I also don't agree with corporate virtue signalling. However - is it ultimately a bad thing that SKIMS is creating adaptive underwear for disabled women, regardless of their intention? Absolutely not. Nuance here would do wonders.

In this episode, Martine and I discuss the desperately needed NUANCE behind the question "What is a High Value Woman"? The bedrock of anything "high value" will always be virtue. So, which virtues must a woman cultivate to be considered high value? What does a high value man look for? We discuss the difference between little girl consciousness and that of a woman's, the art of feminine surrender, and how using God (as a manifestation of the masculine principle/as a masculine frame) can help women step into true femininity.

In this episode, I discuss the high prevalence of ADHD and possible root causes. There is no biomarker for ADHD - as it stands ADHD is a cluster of symptoms. The only way to diagnose ADHD is to exclude other conditions and to self-report symptoms. I take you on a deep dive into the role of attachment theory and trauma, unconscious anxiety, environment (think iPhone's, advertising, apps, engineered candy bars) and dopamine deficit states in order to understand what might be causing ADHD symptoms. I also explore the idea that those with ADHD may have different temperaments. I give you profound and nuanced tools to heal these different areas of the "ADHD pie".
