Ica sits down with South African Spoken Word Artist and Writer Inga Dale who lives in Edinburgh. Inga is extremely passionate about social justice, issues pertaining to marginalised groups and inclusion which is often illustrated through her writing. She loves to experiment with rhyming couplets in her written poetry. 

Inga tells Ica about the food she loves, her poetry and also her inspirations.

Ica sits down with content creator, writer, broadcast journalist and BBC Social contributor Sanjeev Mann. The hip hop enthusiast who produces rock and hip-hop beats under the name of Supermann on da Beat is also a development worker with Pathfinders Neuromuscular Alliance, a charity which aims to promote quality of life for people with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and similar conditions.

Sanjeev tells Ica about the food he loves, what he grew up on and also accessibility within restaurants and venues.
