Well, Hello there!!
After a long hiatus, I'm back! Back with more stuff to share. In fact, a year's worth of my personal and professional experience.
I have since moved to a different country, and with it comes a lot of adjustment and a ton of stuff that I find different from what I'm used to.
In this episode, I talked about my journey since my last episode. A full season plan is now in place, and I'm very excited to be back on the air. So, come join me in this new season.
Hello guys! It's been a while since I last uploaded an Episode that I actually lost track of my episode count. XD
So, apologies for wrong count in the actual episode. Anyways, much like my End of the Road episode last year. This is the last episode for this year's season. Today is my birthday, and I have reached the Road to 31 goal. It hasn't been an easy ride. Lots of life changes occured throughout the year.
In this episode, I shared about my most recent achievement. I transitioned from my role as a Customer Service Agent to a Product Manager role. I shared how it happened, and what my mindset was going into the role. And I am sharing a few tips that I have if you have a similar experience or about to go through a similar one.
I hope you enjoy! and see you all in the future episodes for Road to 30.2. Cheers!

It feels great to be grateful for things. In this quick episode, I talked about being grateful at all times. Not only towards others, but also towards yourself.
Learn to appreciate the things that you have, and nurture them into something big.
Lastly, say thank you for the small things that happen in your life. They matter. You matter. It matters.

Being a parent is the best thing that could happen to a person. But with it comes great responsibility and a lot of frustrations. It's easily one of the most challenging things to do. Without proper preparation, planning, and knowledge, you can easily commit a lot of mistakes in the process of raising your child.
In this episode, I shared my experience during my kid's first week at school. By no means was it an easy one, but with a few steps, you can make both yours and your child's experience better. Here's some takeaway points in this episode:
-Explain the routines of preschool
-Meet the teacher and visit the school beforehand
-Keep a positive mindset
-Don't be a Ninja
-Never make comparisons

I'm back with another Episode about the elections. With the recently concluded elections, we have been surprised (for some, maybe not) by the results of the elections. But be that as it may, we respect the results, but we should be mindful and vigilant of what's to come.
Joining me in this episode is the host and author of the On Point Podcast, Sir Franz Merida. We discussed the following things in this episode:
- Life as a Political Science Student. (Especially MATH)
- Post Graduation challenges.
- Life as an Educator during the Pandemic.
- The education system and what needs to be strengthened.
- Election Results
- The revolutionary volunteerism in the recent campaigns.
- Mis/Disinformation
- A call to action moving forward, as we navigate towards a new administration.
As a takeaway point in this episode, we should all be prepared and willing to use our platforms to spread facts, and use all our resources to fight and campaign against fake news and misinformation.
(This episode is a mix between Filipino and English.)
For any comments, reactions, suggestions, or any thoughts that you would want to share, please don't hesitate to send us an audio message in anchor.fm/roadto30.

Election day is fast approaching. To borrow a line from Le's Miserables, " Tomorrow we'll discover what our God in heaven has in store, One more dawn, one more day, One day more"
In this episode, I talked about the following points:
- Presidential Qualifications as written in the Constitution.
- Surveys, and the danger it poses.
- Popularity Politics
- War against misinformation and Fake News.
- The call for more Political Awareness in our Education system.
Main takeaway for this episode: Let's give our future generations a chance for a reboot. We need clean and trustworthy governance. Out with the old, in with the new. My preferred candidate may not win, but let us support the candidate who wins together. The real unity is not with the candidates who banded up together for the campaign, but real unity starts after the elections.
Disclaimer: This episode is highly opinionated, and if it offends you because it is contrary to your beliefs, then thank you for still listening. Lol. "I may disapprove with what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it." - Voltaire

What comes to your mind when you hear the word busy? Well, I don't know what you think of, but I would like to think that the person is really busy. However, being busy doesn't necessarily equate to being productive.
In this episode I talk about multi-tasking and how it's not really helpful in the long run. I also talk about some of the things that I do to keep my productivity up while not burning myself out.

Acceptance is the Key to Happiness!
“The desire for a more positive experience is itself a negative experience. And, paradoxically, the acceptance of one's negative experience is itself a positive experience.” -Mark Manson
If there's one thing that I've learned in my years lived. Acceptance of our struggles and mishaps is the key to our growth. This growth is something that is not taught in schools, and one has to learn this lesson through their own experience or at least from someone else. The acceptance of our negative reality will give you a whole new definition of contentment, and in turn, will result in a positive experience.

You might be wondering why I revamped this Podcast without even having uploading anything for the Bull Sessions. Well, as the days have gone by. It has dawned on me that in a few months' time, I am gonna be out of my Twenties and will be turning 30. For some, their age is something they don't want to talk about. However, for me, I actually embrace the idea of growing in time. Every day is a learning experience and having survived and lived through all these years has given me my own set of perspectives about life through my personal and shared experiences.
In this episode, I talked about my thought process about selecting the show's title and a short preview of what the succeeding episodes are gonna be. I briefly talked about my Career, mindset change, and struggles when the COVID 19 Pandemic hit.
So, sit back and enjoy!
