Luce Scholar, one of America’s most prestigious leadership grants. He focuses on speculative climate futures and their role in society. He also works with LaLit Magazine and Policy Entrepreneurs Inc., as well as founding the in100years project, a climate fiction and futures dialogue space. Mr. Sonam Tshering joins us all the way from Thimpu, Bhutan for this episode! He is an engineer, climate action advocate, long-time government employee serving in a host of leadership positions, and a true changemaker in the Bhutanese climate-change vision, policy and practitioner landscape. Mr. Tshering served as the head of Bhutan's power sector for many years, and played an influential role in bringing about key reforms that have since shaped the country's climate change outlook.
