Following his release from prison, Jeff committed fully to recovery, attending two AA meetings a day and immersing himself in deep inner work. The loss of his Uncle Mike became a pivotal moment in his transformation, reinforcing his dedication to change. Through this journey, he discovered the profound impact of breathwork, nervous system regulation, and somatic practices—not just for addiction recovery, but for true personal transformation.
In 2022, Jeff founded HEROS Coaching and the HEROS Community Foundation, dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery and personal growth. His unique approach combines breathwork, body-based awareness, and nervous system regulation, helping clients cultivate self-awareness, build resilience, and step into their full potential. With a 60% success rate, HEROS Coaching has already made a significant impact in transforming lives.
In addition to transformational coaching, Jeff incorporates personal training and weightlifting as powerful tools for growth. He believes that strength training is more than just physical—it builds mental toughness, discipline, and a deep connection to the body.
