Maggie Prim is Director of Virtual Engagement at the Onero Institute. She is a recent graduate of the George Washington University where she received a BA in International Affairs and minors in Political Science and French. Originally from Kansas City, Maggie is interested in international law and foreign policy, primarily in the North Africa region. She is currently working at Venable LLP in Washington, DC.

Onero speak's with two exceptional young leaders from Leading Women of Tomorrow as they talk about the importance of women’s representation in the international affairs sphere and their organization.
Sophia Ramcharitar is the current Executive Director at Leading Women of Tomorrow and a recent graduate from American University. She has worked extensively in public service and advocacy, with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, former 2020 U.S. presidential candidate Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, the U.S. Department of State, Gender Equality Law Center, and the Center for International Policy and Congressional Research Service, among others. Currently, she works in communications at the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition. She has worked at LWT for 3+ years, conducting outreach with students and faculty to bring LWT’s initiatives to college campuses across the country. Sophia hopes to help students foster communities oriented towards leadership and professional development while also increasing inclusivity in U.S. politics.
Ale D’agostino is incoming Executive Director at Leading Women of Tomorrow. She is originally from Caracas, Venezuela and now resides in Weston, Florida. She is a senior at the George Washington University studying Political Science and Criminal Justice with a certificate in French language, literature, and culture. In 2008, Ale moved with her family from Venezuela to the United States. As a first-generation student and because of what she witnessed first-hand in Venezuela, she has grown passionate about the preservation of human rights and the prevention of constitutional violations. Ale aspires to increase the representation of women in public office and in other public service roles She currently serves as co-founder and Vice President of the Leading Women of Tomorrow Chapter at the George Washington University, as well as the Director of Chapter Programming for the National Leading Women of Tomorrow Board.
In this discussion we speak with Felipe Deidan, Senior Event Coordinator at Onero, about his article on an institutional development model for Ecuador as well as the upcoming Onero Institute Young Leaders Summit.
Elad Raymond is co-founder and Executive Director of the Onero Institute. He is a fourth-year student in the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University majoring in International Affairs with a concentration in Conflict Resolution and a minor in GIS. He has spearheaded Onero initiatives like Foreign Affairs with Future Leaders and works closely with Onero researchers on their projects. His research interests include geography, peace studies, and the Middle East, with a focus on Israel Studies. Outside of Onero, he works at the Institute for Middle East Studies and has served as VP of External Affairs for the DPE Professional Foreign Service Fraternity at GWU. He is from New York and enjoys playing basketball in his free time.
Andrew Ma is co-founder and Executive Director of the Onero Institute. He is a native of Seattle, Washington, and a fourth-year student at Williams College majoring in Political Science and concentrating in International Relations, American Foreign Policy, Justice and Law Studies, and Science and Technology Studies. He is currently also working in marketing at Perkins Coie. After graduation he wishes to pursue a career in international law.
