In case you wanna know what I’m up to!
Helping people integrate a code of ethics into their life.
Please does anyone out there have information about compelling ideas for new global economic models?
Ok fine since nobody else understands him I’ll talk to the King Baby in his language to get him to calm down.
If you are invested in most mainstream American investment products you are almost certainly making money off of all these wars you say you hate and I feel like that’s really weird.
Memento mori - Latin for "remember (that you have) to die” is an artistic symbol or trope acting as a reminder of the inevitability of death.
I’m back with a voice note for my friends. Climbing cringe mountain and loving it. Facing myself as a capitalist that cares deeply about social justice.

Quick note about how I found painting through grief and why I sometimes feel like art saved my life.
Voicenote to friends about the time I got a laser facial, the normalization of “fixing your face” and how digging deep is my ultimate answer to the challenge of aging whilst vain.
Ruth Alice Rands is the founder and CEO of the innovative, sustainable and bespoke UK clothing line, HERD.
Do you know how to say what you want t the right people so you live the actual life of your dreams? Did you know where you bank and invest your money is by far the biggest thing you´re doing that affects the environment? Me neither but now I do and gotta find an ETHICAL BANK.
These are the kinds of thing I am constantly learning from my dear friend Ruth. On this pod we check in about her very inspired and successful business and the current state of fashion´s impact on the environment (spoiler alert...its abysmal).
We cop to unapologetically admiring Gwyneth Paltrow and being slightly obsessed with Isabella Rosellini (if you are not frankly I don´t know where you have been) and we allow ourselves to indulge in some creative manifesting for our futures.
We also dive into the brain chemistry behind manifestation and what it means to us to "age gracefully" and why it feels slightly revolutionary these days to not inject anything into our faces. It becomes clear what´s happening to my face at age 40 is low key torturing me inside. YIKES. I also wonder what´s up with the "all natural" girlies who get botox and breast implants and land on we are all contradictions and we just hope you´re having a nice time.

Rolla Selbak is an LA based writer and director spotlighting Palestinian stories. We talk about the price of speaking up and what we don´t feel "allowed" to say. BTW why does everyone want to SEEM good instead of BEING good? UGH. We cover some upsetting and uncomfortable imperialist history.
I wonder if more women in power is the answer to a better humanity but am somewhat brutally rebuffed because apparently power corrupts (bummer). Despite the heaviness on our hearts we laugh our asses off as we riff on paths to peace (could Thankgsgiving, psychedelics and reality TV all be part of the solution?). We also make fun of cartoonish politicians and get emotional about Ursula LeGuin´s short story The Ones Who Walk Away From Omelas. Rolla tells me about the walking vibe that is Saint Levant for the first time and update he´s ON REPEAT.

Robyn Exton is the founder and CEO of the social and dating app HER -the world's largest community for Sapphic people, and you can find out what that really means in this episode. We reminisce about our glittery days in SF compared to life in Miami and Lisbon. We also review our best url investments and crazy dating app ideas. My idea unfortunately lands as kinda MAGA and btw is a DNA matchmaking service probably a front for a super baby business? Robyn unsurprisingly makes the case we are all a little gay and one of us may or not overshare about some exciting times of the past. It was definitely me.

Ok, so in case you need more pithy thoughts about the recent American election, I have posted mine and recommended my favorite autopsy podcast on the matter. Also I come out of evasive political positions phase and reveal I am a Bernie Sanders person despite also loving capitalism.
