Tommy Curtis has gone through a lot when it comes to his mental health; especially in sports. Tommy plays basketball and golf and has experienced negative feedback and treatment. He encourages everyone to reach out to someone else if they are struggling. Let's show Tommy some love and embrace him for what he has gone through. It is very tough to share such a personal story with other people. Thank you, Tommy!
Sam Larimer has transferred schools his senior year, which many people would not choose to do. His story is unique and I really value his mindset! He shows that when you're being pressured or have developed an addiction to something, you can always walk away. Thank you, Sam!

These last couple weeks have been nonstop, go go go, and I have finally reached my breaking point. It is unfortunate, however, it shows my audience how real mental breakdowns can be; and also how important it is to find time to recover. I do apologize for having such a short episode, but I hope you guys accept this authenticity and vulnerability.
