Upon completing cosmetology training at Paul Mitchell the School Great Lakes, Caidy opened the doors to her downtown Utica MI salon, Caidy Marie Beauty, where she specializes in Formal Hair Designs, Intricate Braiding, Hair Extensions, Certified through Bellami and in 5 different install methods, and Makeup Artistry, while also providing education to other professionals within the industry, both in person and digitally, on how to create some of her signature Intricate Braiding and Formal Hair Designs.

Above all, Caidy's first and foremost passion, aside from the art she creates, is the connection she has developed with her clients, the team unity she has built and the beauty industry as a whole to which she remains loyal.
