Rather, we have personal problems that show up in our fitness journey .
They then get misperceived as actual health problems.
Most people who are trying to lose weight and fat seek this magical unicorn-like weight loss secret to losing 50+ lbs in a week .
However, teaching my clients first with the fundamentals and getting their minds to a place of what I call equilibrium is where this “unicorn” lies
It has you operating like a “zen warrior”. Calm, powerful, and relentless.
It allows you to see through the fog of personal problems that permeate your fitness goal..
It allows you to break through to truly inspiring levels in your fitness and life.
