Are You In Need of a Rescue?
Sometimes, the greatest rescue we need isn’t from a situation, but from ourselves. Our thoughts, habits, and behaviors can quietly become the very chains that hold us back from the life we’re meant to live. We fall into patterns — thinking small, procrastinating, doubting, or settling for less — and before we know it, we’ve drifted far from the path of purpose and excellence we once set out to walk.
The truth is, no dream dies overnight. It fades slowly, one compromised decision or limiting belief at a time. That’s why self-awareness is not just powerful — it’s life-saving. We need to pause long enough to recognize when our mindset is steering us away from our mission, when comfort has replaced conviction, and when excuses have disguised themselves as reasons.
Being rescued doesn’t always mean someone else steps in — sometimes it means we intervene on our own behalf. It’s the moment we say, “No more,” and choose to realign our actions with our calling. True excellence requires constant course correction, humility, and grace for the process. Because the person you’re becoming needs you to rise above the patterns trying to keep you small — and rescue yourself back to purpose.

Your Truth Is A Trap
The truth we often tell ourselves isn’t always the truth — it’s the story we’ve repeated so many times that it starts to sound like one. Somewhere along the way, we begin to internalize the pain, the failures, and the disappointments, and we turn them into a narrative about who we are. We say things like “I’m not enough,” “I always mess things up,” or “That’s just the way I am,” without realizing that these phrases are not facts — they’re beliefs born out of repetition.
The danger is that what we tell ourselves over and over becomes our reality. The more we reinforce a false narrative, the deeper it roots itself in our identity, quietly shaping the choices we make and the life we live. But here’s the truth beneath the lie — we are not the story we’ve been telling ourselves. We are the authors, and at any moment, we can edit the script.
Growth begins when we question the narrative, when we ask, “Who told me this was true?” and have the courage to rewrite it. Because the greatest transformation happens when we stop believing the lies we’ve lived with and start living the truth we were created for.

Turning Pain into Purpose, Passion and Impact with Jesse Torres
About Jessie Torres
My journey has been one of Sexual abuse with my father, the loss of My two brothers to murder, 30 years apart, and an 18 year marriage of mental, emotional & verbal abuse that left me completely apathetic, emotionless and spiritually dead. As someone who has lived with fear every day, I was driven to discover the truth of the reason I had not only experienced this, but how did I allow it. I have created a life of facing challenges over and over again. If it scared me, I put myself on the front lines , because I was afraid of everything. In my marriage I was so kept and controlled that I didn’t even know how to drive out of the city I was living in. I was terrified to do things on my own. My ex ran from everything and turned me financially upside down. I was in massive survival, however, from that survival, I had no other choice than to make things happen and take care of my kids and with a Fierce desire, I built a muscle of knowing and understanding that the limitation in our lives is only the “belief” that there is one.
Our limitless capabilities are within reach and our human potential is boundless and awaiting for our calling. Challenging myself to do things I was fearful of gave me a unique perspective as to how to see challenges in our lives. Learning to push through my own fears with Grace, taught me how to help others identify and push through theirs as well. I see trauma and our pain from our past, completely differently now.
I believe that there is a Divine Choreography in our lives and that God doesn’t waste the pain, only we do if we choose to. I believe that the depth of our darkness is converse to the height of our light and if you can see the other side of the story, you can be witness to the beautiful soul in the arena of your life as the brave one that got back up in the moments of deep despair. With that acknowledgement you can be witness to the courage, resilience, strength, determination, etc. that ALSO, took place in the darkest moment. When we are able to be witness to the gift the pain/trauma gave us, the muscle that we built, we can see ourselves as the Victor not the Victim. We can fall in love with that version of us versus judge the part of us that we felt was weak. We can forgive those that signed up with us to be the adversity in our lives so that we can build the muscle that we were called to build in our contract with God.
I see all of my past with grateful lenses. I do my best to live my life with a driven purpose of serving people to come home to their Divinity and magnificence. That they are the Divine perfection that they were upon taking their first breath and that nothing has changed except the belief. I see the world and people through the eyes of love. I had to find this deep within myself before I could see it in others. I had so much self hatred for being at fault of my dad’s abuse and then my marriage. I lived with massive amounts of shame and unworthiness. Survival was my home and getting by, was breathing. Now I live in acceptance of all the traits, actions and celebrate my resilient spirit.
My relationship with my children is one of the things I am most proud of as they are here as beacons of light as well. They are often my why, them and my Brother who passed and my brother that I still pray for and have visions of bringing him on stage with me one day. (I am updating this piece as my little brother that I was excited to bring on stage, was also murdered, November 2022) Another upper cut to my life, yet this time, I had to eat my own medicine and search for the light in my anguish. It is always there. I know that the depth of my pain was an example of how deeply I loved. With this as my driving force, I now live a committed life of passion, purpose and impact. I will do all I can to create the biggest impact that I can make in shifting humanity, in a way that I as one person can. I will help people identify what is preventing...

Motivation From Not Letting Fear Control You
Fear is powerful. It can whisper lies that keep us small, convincing us that comfort is safer than courage. If we’re not careful, fear can quietly take control—shaping our choices, limiting our potential, and keeping us stuck in the familiar. It disguises itself as logic, caution, or timing, but underneath it all is the same message: stay where you are.
The truth is, fear isn’t always the enemy—it’s often the signal that we’re stepping into something greater. Fear shows up when we’re on the edge of growth, when the old version of us is fading and a new one is being formed. Transformation never happens in comfort. It happens in the tension between who we are and who we’re becoming.
When you feel fear rise up, don’t retreat—reflect. Ask yourself what it’s trying to teach you. Instead of letting fear control you, let it guide you toward awareness and courage.
Growth and fear walk hand in hand. You can’t have one without the other. So the next time fear appears, take it as confirmation that you’re moving in the right direction. Because fear isn’t a stop sign—it’s proof that you’re evolving into the person you were meant to be.

How To Live Intentionally
Life moves fast, and most of us live as if we have all the time in the world. We rush through our mornings, overlook small moments, and tell ourselves we’ll get to what really matters someday. But the truth is, we never know when the last time for anything will be—the last conversation, the last hug, the last sunset we’ll see. That uncertainty isn’t meant to create fear; it’s meant to awaken us to live with intention.
Living with intention means showing up fully in every area of your life—with purpose in your words, presence in your relationships, and gratitude in your actions. It’s about being aware that every choice is shaping your legacy, every moment is a chance to love deeper, and every day is a gift you’ll never get back.
When you live intentionally, you stop taking time for granted. You start saying what you mean, doing what matters, and letting go of what doesn’t. You realize that ordinary moments are sacred when lived on purpose.
So slow down. Breathe. Pay attention. Because one day, “someday” will be gone—and the way you chose to live today will be all that remains.

How To Not Label Yourself
Labels can feel safe. They give us identity, belonging, and a sense of control in a world that’s constantly shifting. But when we start defining ourselves by those labels—our past, our mistakes, our titles, or even our struggles—we unknowingly place limits on who we can become.
The moment you say, “I’m just this kind of person,” you build a wall around your potential. Labels can create comfort, but they can also create cages. You are not your job. You are not your failures. You are not the opinions of others. You are a living, growing creation designed for purpose—one that can’t be confined to a single definition.
When we release the need to label ourselves, we make room for transformation. We become flexible, open, and available to divine direction. Growth requires space, and labels steal that space from us.
So stop boxing yourself in. Let go of the need to be something the world can easily understand. You are becoming someone the world has never seen before. Don’t let a label stop you from discovering who that is. You weren’t created to fit in—you were designed to unfold, evolve, and rise into the fullness of who you were meant to be.

Have You Ever Prejected Your Own Story
Many of us become master storytellers—not of truth, but of protection. We build narratives to shield ourselves from the sting of rejection, the ache of abandonment, or the weight of failure. When pain feels too heavy, we rewrite the script in our minds. We tell ourselves we didn’t want that relationship anyway. That opportunity wasn’t meant for us. That dream was unrealistic. These stories keep us safe… but they also keep us stuck.
By projecting our own story, we create distance between who we are and what we feel. It’s easier to control the version of reality we tell ourselves than to sit in the discomfort of vulnerability. But healing never happens in avoidance—it happens in honesty.
The moment we stop projecting and start confronting the truth, we open the door to transformation. Our pain has purpose. Our rejection has redirection. The story we’ve been running from is the very one that can set us free.
So instead of protecting yourself with the illusion of control, allow yourself to feel. To grieve. To grow. Because when you own your real story, pain no longer defines you—it refines you.

Motivation From Decisons Determine Destiny
Every decision you make, no matter how small, shapes the direction of your life. Destiny isn’t something that just happens—it’s the result of the choices you make day after day. The truth is, your future isn’t built in a single moment; it’s built in the quiet consistency of decisions that align with who you want to become.
Every “yes” and every “no” carries weight. Saying yes to growth often means saying no to comfort. Saying yes to purpose often means saying no to distraction. The decisions you make today are the seeds of the life you’ll live tomorrow. You can’t plant indecision and expect a harvest of clarity.
Too many people wait for destiny to reveal itself, but destiny responds to direction. It’s not found in luck—it’s found in discipline, faith, and intentional action. Every great transformation begins when a person decides they’re done living below their potential.
So, if you want a better future, start making better decisions. Choose character over convenience. Choose purpose over pleasure. Choose faith over fear. Because in the end, your destiny isn’t determined by chance—it’s determined by choice. And every choice you make either moves you closer to who you’re meant to be or keeps you stuck where you’ve always been.

Where Were You Last Year
A year ago, I was in a completely different place—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I had dreams, but they were clouded by doubt. I had vision, but no consistent direction. I thought I was growing, but truthfully, I was just surviving. Looking back, I realize that growth isn’t something that just happens—it’s something you choose daily. It’s uncomfortable, it’s messy, and it often requires walking away from what once felt familiar.
Today, I can honestly say I’m not where I want to be, but I thank God I’m not where I used to be. Growth doesn’t mean perfection; it means progression. It’s about becoming more self-aware, more disciplined, and more aligned with your purpose. It’s recognizing that the version of you from last year was necessary to prepare you for who you’re becoming now.
The truth is, if you’re not growing, you’re slowly dying inside. Stagnation feels safe, but it kills your potential. Every year should reveal a new layer of who you are, what you’ve learned, and how far you’ve come. So take a moment to look back—not to stay there, but to realize how much you’ve evolved. Growth isn’t optional. It’s the evidence that you’re still becoming.

Turn Your Podcast Into A Purpose Driven Platform
Your podcast isn’t just a show—it’s a purpose-driven platform waiting to reach the world with your story. Every episode, every word, every moment behind the mic is an opportunity to serve, to inspire, and to speak life into someone who needs your unique perspective. The beauty of podcasting is that no one else can tell your story the way you can—because no one else has lived your life.
Your experiences, your struggles, and your victories are the raw material of transformation. When you speak from authenticity instead of ambition, people feel it. They don’t just hear your message—they connect with it. And that connection is what builds trust, community, and impact across the globe.
Turning your podcast into a purpose-driven platform means moving beyond numbers and downloads. It’s about intention. It’s about showing up consistently with a heart to serve, not just to be heard.
When you anchor your message in meaning, you don’t have to chase an audience—they’ll find you. Because purpose attracts purpose. So use your microphone as a mission tool. Let your voice be the vessel through which others find hope, healing, and direction. The world doesn’t need another podcast—it needs yours.

Motivation From Fear Being A Sign Of Growth
Fear is often misunderstood. Most people see it as a warning to stop, but in truth, fear is a sign that you’re growing. It shows up the moment you step outside your comfort zone—the place where dreams go to die and potential goes to sleep. When you start chasing something bigger than yourself, fear will always try to whisper, “Who do you think you are?”
But here’s the truth: fear doesn’t mean you’re on the wrong path; it means you’re finally on the right one. It’s your body’s way of signaling that you’re entering uncharted territory—where growth, purpose, and transformation live. Every great achievement began with uncertainty, doubt, and the courage to keep moving anyway.
Comfort feels safe, but nothing extraordinary ever grows there. Growth, purpose, and freedom require discomfort. The butterflies in your stomach? That’s progress being born. The racing heartbeat? That’s your soul waking up.
So, the next time fear shows up, don’t retreat—lean in. It’s not there to stop you; it’s there to shape you. Because the moment you decide to face what scares you most is the moment you start becoming who you were always meant to be.

Are You A Mission Driven Messenger?
To be a mission-driven messenger is to live with deep conviction that your life is about more than success—it’s about significance. It’s choosing to use your story, your gifts, and your voice to make an impact in the lives of others. It’s understanding that what you’ve been through wasn’t meant to break you, but to prepare you—to equip you to serve at the highest level of your God-given ability.
A mission-driven messenger doesn’t chase fame, fortune, or validation. They chase alignment. They wake up each day asking, “How can I serve? How can I use what I’ve been given to lift someone else?” Their purpose is rooted in something eternal, not external.
Living this way requires courage. It means saying “yes” to your calling even when it’s uncomfortable, inconvenient, or uncertain. It means speaking truth when silence would be easier, and showing up when no one else will.
Your mission isn’t just what you do—it’s who you are when you do it. When you align your passion with purpose, and your purpose with service, you become unstoppable. Because the greatest legacy isn’t built by what you achieve—it’s built by how deeply you serve. That’s what it means to be a mission-driven messenger.

Motivation From Numbers Don’t Define Success
In a world obsessed with numbers—followers, likes, views, and downloads—it’s easy to mistake visibility for value. But the truth is, numbers don’t define success. The content that goes viral might capture attention, but it rarely transforms lives. Meanwhile, the quiet, heartfelt message that reaches just a few might be the very thing that sparks someone’s breakthrough.
You don’t need a million followers to make an impact—you just need a thousand raging fans. People who see you, trust you, and believe in what you’re doing. People who don’t scroll past your message but stop, reflect, and apply it. That’s where real influence lives—not in virality, but in authenticity.
Chasing numbers can become a trap that pulls you away from your purpose. You start creating for applause instead of alignment. But when you stay true to your message, when you serve instead of perform, something beautiful happens—the right people find you.
Success isn’t about being famous; it’s about being effective. One person deeply changed by your words is worth more than a thousand who barely listen. Remember this: impact isn’t measured in reach—it’s measured in transformation. And transformation rarely needs a spotlight to be real.

Inspiration From What Matters Most
Hal Elrod delivered a powerful message when he asked a simple but piercing question: What matters most to you? Nearly everyone raised their hand and said, “Family.” But then he followed with a truth that stopped the room—If family is what matters most, does your calendar reflect that?
That question hit hard because it exposes the quiet contradiction many of us live in. We say our loved ones are the priority, but our schedules tell a different story. We chase financial security, promotions, and stability, believing that someday we’ll have the time to slow down and be more present. But “someday” often never comes.
The cost of that pursuit is subtle but devastating—missed moments, distant relationships, and the slow erosion of connection. We trade dinners for deadlines and memories for meetings, all in the name of providing a better life, while forgetting that we are the most important part of that life.
Hal’s message is a wake-up call: if your calendar doesn’t reflect your values, neither will your life. True wealth isn’t measured in your bank account—it’s measured in time, love, and presence. The real question isn’t what matters most; it’s whether you’re living like it does.

Finding Your Next Level of Success with Amy Lenius
About Amy Lenius
I’m a speaker, coach, and the Director of Group Coaching at Next Level University. I help people (mostly women) redefine success in a way that feels deeply aligned through clarity, self-belief, emotional resilience, self-worth and sustainable daily habits. Over the last 8 years, I’ve spoken on stages at events dedicated to health, healing, and personal development. I currently serve as the MC and speaker for Next Level Live, yearly, and have been featured on over 100 podcasts. My coaching work is rooted in a whole-person approach. Addressing not just mindset, but also health, relationships, purpose, and identity. I specialize in guiding women to reconnect with themselves, honor their cyclical nature, discover what success and fulfillment truly means to them, and live in a way that reflects their values and vision. Before I ever taught this work, I lived it. I rebuilt my health, identity, and self-worth after years of chronic illness, and I learned that true healing isn’t always easy or comfortable. But it’s the most powerful work we can do. Growth isn’t always light and love. Sometimes it’s digging deep, getting honest, and choosing yourself over and over again. At the heart of everything I teach are three foundational pillars: Self-worth. Self-belief. Consistency. When you have these, you build momentum that feels nourishing, not exhausting, and from that space, real transformation happens.

Peak Performance Podcast Coach

Some people find rock bottom… I found out that rock bottom had a basement.

In my mid 20’s… I had it all.

I had a beautiful girlfriend, high paying job, sports car, my dream body… but I still ended up sitting on the edge of a bed debating suicide.

After my rock bottom moment, I went all in on holistic self-improvement.

I was determined to overcome my anxiety, depression and to finally live the life I’d always dreamed of.

Years later, I now host a podcast that impacts hundreds of thousands of people in countries all over the world.

At this stage, I’ve helped grow the podcast into a multi six-figure business, and I’ve recorded well over 1,000 episodes.

I’ve also given hundreds of speeches, trainings and coaching calls with people all over the world.

The main thing that changed was ME.

I focused on learning what I didn’t know (unlearning a lot too), and my life started to shift.

I love talking about Consistency, Commitment, Habits, Mindset, Confidence, Fear, Relationships, Limiting Beliefs and everything in between.

I believe in a heart-driven but NO BS approach to holistic self improvement, and I look forward to teaching even more people about what it really takes to get to the next level!

Inspiration From Living A Self Centered Life
A self-centered life is one of constant chasing—status, titles, possessions, and recognition. On the surface, it looks impressive. The résumé is polished, the car shines, the achievements stack up. But beneath it all, there is often a quiet emptiness. Why? Because we were never created to be fulfilled by things that fade. A self-centered life puts us at the center of everything, but it leaves us restless, always hungry for the next “fix” of validation.
A God-centered life is the opposite. Instead of chasing applause, it seeks alignment with a greater calling. Instead of striving for what we think will make us important, it leans into what God has already designed us for. True peace comes not from building a kingdom of self, but from living in the purpose God has placed inside us.
Most people spend years climbing ladders, only to realize they were leaning against the wrong wall. Chasing things can give temporary satisfaction, but it never answers the deeper question: Why am I here? When we shift from self-centered to God-centered living, everything changes. Purpose replaces emptiness, calling replaces comparison, and fulfillment finally takes root. That’s the life worth chasing.

Motivation From The Painless Cures of Life
We live in a world that constantly promises quick fixes and painless cures. From instant success schemes to “one-size-fits-all” solutions for our struggles, the message is loud and clear: you can have transformation without discomfort. But the truth is, there are no painless cures in life. Growth, healing, and change all come with a cost.
Pain is often the indicator that something is shifting, breaking, or healing. Just as a muscle must tear to grow stronger, our character and our lives must go through challenges to develop depth, wisdom, and resilience. Avoiding pain might feel safe in the short term, but it keeps us stuck in the same patterns. Real transformation requires us to confront the hard things, to push through discomfort, and to stay consistent even when it’s inconvenient.
Every meaningful breakthrough—whether in health, relationships, or purpose—has required someone to face the pain of change. And on the other side of that pain is freedom, clarity, and strength. The “easy way” is often the most expensive in the long run. The only true path to growth is embracing the process, scars and all. There are no painless cures, but there is a powerful cure: courage.

Motivation From The Empowered Podcast Summit
When you bring a group of like-minded individuals together for a three-day event, something powerful happens—walls come down, hearts open, and transformation begins. It’s more than just networking or learning industry strategies; it’s about connection. When people gather with a shared purpose—to grow, to give, and to learn—there’s an energy that can’t be replicated anywhere else.
Over those three days, strangers become friends, stories become bridges, and vulnerability becomes the currency of real connection. You realize that everyone has a story, a struggle, and a reason why they do what they do. And when those stories are shared openly, healing happens—not just for the one speaking, but for everyone listening.
Ideas begin to flow. Collaboration replaces competition. You walk away not only inspired, but changed. Because iron sharpens iron, and when passionate, purpose-driven people come together with humility and heart, miracles happen.
What you take home from an event like that isn’t just knowledge—it’s belief. Belief that your story matters, your voice has power, and your purpose is worth pursuing. That’s the beauty of community—it reminds you that you were never meant to do this alone.

This podcast was created for the individual who knows deep down that they have a purpose for being here on this planet! You know that you have a unique gift. We only have limited time here, and we must dedicate our lives to removing all the things that do not serve us as we pursue our dreams! I will be encouraging you on each episode to start thinking about your Purpose for being here! We should all be living a passionate purpose driven life with the one life that we have been given. The change you are seeking in your life is not out of reach, but it will only happen when you decide to Grow and become the person that God created you to be!
