In this field the currency of trust is delivery, not title. Nothing beats the confidence that comes from execution.
In this episode we share examples of how three engineers built trust without needed big titles.
Why should engineers start sharing their journey?
In this episode, we explain the reasons for engineers being silent, why engineers already know how to share, the cost of silence and what to do about it.
This 13-minute episode tells the true story of an engineer who slowly went quiet—and why his silence should concern every team leader. It’s a short but powerful reflection on curiosity, leadership, and the hidden signals we often miss in engineering teams.
