I'm Nate Klemp. I'm here to offer guided meditations, tips, science-based insights, and mindfulness practices designed to help you navigate the hard stuff in life (stress, anxiety, and anger) and experience more of the good stuff (happiness, wellbeing, and presence). Each week, I'll be posting podcasts on mindfulness-based insights and guided meditation. You'll learn age-old techniques for training your mind and becoming more present in all of life. Why am I doing this? As a former philosophy professor, mindfulness author, and founding partner at Mindful Magazine, I LOVE teaching and sharing these ideas. There's just one problem: I no longer have a classroom to do it in. So I decided to create my own virtual classroom where we can explore these powerful practices and insights together.
