In the final episode of Season 1 of Living a Soul Led life Jess chats about her upcoming trip to Europe and processing the "mum guilt" and what it means to create a life you love that aligns with who you are and the responsibilities you may have in our life right now.
She shares how many of us collapse into FEAR (False Emotions Appearing Real) when we start to reclaim our power & step more into the things that light us up. So often we collapse into the fear of not being in control, of making the wrong decisions but the key is dissolving the fear is to connect to our gorgeous intuition.
Jess completes Season 1 by sharing with us the 4 key components to creating a life you love and invites us into her new program ALIGN. The 4 month program for busy women to reset, heal & learn how to create a life you love. A program designed to remove the confusion, implement what actually works, reconnect you with your manifesting power and align your thoughts & actions with the vibration that matches them.

Its true that we can't keep doing the same things we've always done and expect a different result. But how do you change things up when you feel resistant to change, when you have no idea what changes to make and whats actually going to work?
In this episode we look at how we can implement change in our life without our bodies feeling resistant to the change and our minds collapsing into overwhelm. We do this by first exploring our relationship with ourselves and how we are really feeling and then also looking at the ways in which we support ourselves, especially in times of big change.
So many of us have been conditioned and taught how to have relationships with others but not with ourselves. There are too many of us abandoning, neglecting, punishing and suppressing our needs in order to just make it through another day. But what if the answer was as simple as coming into a deeper relationship with yourself where you are comfortable enough to ask yourself "what do you need" and then making sure that those needs.
This is a conversation we should not just be having with ourselves but all the beautiful women and young girls in our life.
If your ready for more energy, to vibe at a higher freqency and feel a greater sense of purpose in your life this episode will help get clear on how to implement the changes you need to make it happen. Try it for the next 28 days lovely and see how you feel, see what changes for you - because you can’t keep doing the same things you’ve been doing and expecting different results!
