One of my favorite sayings to live by is " Life Happens For You" not to you. It will make a huge difference in your life if you are able to make that switch and look at life as being on your side instead of being against you. We don't always understand the things that happen and at first they can appear terrible and they can be, they can be major setbacks but eventually can lead to something greater. Its important to use those bad things as strength to move in a positive direction rather than letting them beat you down and keep you there.

Imagine if we believe that life happens for us and not against us how strong we can be. The ability to take anything that happens and make it work for us. Life happens for us. Say it. Repeat it.
